Best breast pump I’ve used.
This is the best pump I’ve used. Completely stopped using my electric pump as I felt I was completely emptying whereas using this manual pump, you can manipulate the breast & get out all the milk. It’s easy to assemble & wash. Good value for money - I had three!

Amazing! So easy and effective!
Really great manual breast pump. Was able to collect 160ml in 20 mins on my first session. It’s comfortable and easy to use and I like that I’m in control of the speed and can stop/ start when I want without being hooked up to tubes like the hospital grade electric ones. I’m only pumping short term to increase supply and feed my baby expressed milk until he will take the breast again so not sure how great it is if you’re trying to build a stash of breast milk to freeze.

Brilliant
Best pump, better than all electric / wearable ones I’ve spent so much on. Wish I’d just got this from the start! So easy to use and easy to clean and assemble.

DO NOT PURCHASE
DO NOT buy this pump! The reviews makes it seem like everyone “raves” about it, but it’s honestly the worst pump I’ve ever tried. Makes me wonder how many people with bad experiences actually write reviews. I found that tons of people posted on Reddit that this pump was awful after the fact. I barely got 2oz out every time I used it. The valve it comes with does not provide enough suction and even changed it out for a duck valve. When pumping you could hear the pump hiss and lose suction. I’ve disassembled and checked that all of the parts are intact and assembled correctly about 10 times during each attempt at pumping. I’ve had this pump for about a week and have tried to use it multiple times a day every day since getting it. Honestly this is highly disappointing and they don’t even let you return the product so you’re stuck with their horrible pump while they keep your money.

Great pump for when you need to empty quick in short time
Great pump. It fits flange inserts really well has great suction and can empty you quicker than a normal wall or wearable pump. My one issue was it came already set up so I didn’t change anything and when putting it together after cleaning I put it back the same way but the way I was using it caused the silicone diaphragm to tear where the plastic sat meaning I lost suction and could no longer use it

Great pump…for a short while.
This is a really effective pump while it works. Unfortunately I’ve now had two of these as the first stopped working and then the second was a replacement which went the same way. After only a few weeks the pump fails to suck and leaves you sore and frustrated with barely any milk. You’ll hear a hissing sound when the pump gets to this point and it’s all downhill from there. I bought the Medela branded manual pump because I’ve not had any problems with their electric pump but I’ll be looking for something else in the way of manual pump now.

Very good
Long story short, this is my opinion, and I don't normally bother to write one, after 4 weeks of frustrations, thought that I'm not capable of more milk for my baby, that nothing works for me (no pump, supplement, food, tea, method etc ) and of course misinformation from professionals and online info in first place. Basically my baby doesn't latch properly (and believe me I've tried EVERYTHING) and also falls asleep quickly while at my breast, so doesn't suck the milk properly, so my breast is not stimulated enough to produce the right amount of milk for my baby. AGONY because I want her to have the best and breast milk is the one. Of course I used formula to top up because of the above problem. From what I read online, many women have the same problem so that's why I'm writing my experience, maybe it will help. To save time, energy, even money, this is what works to produce more milk: - use this manual pump. Or any other, but this one I tried and works very well; that's why I said "even save money" because a manual pump is actually enough. If you find it's weak, that's only because the handle isn't assembled properly, I've done this mistake myself. After proper way, the suction is actually strong and you don't need more than that as it becomes painful. Prior to this pump I've spent money on very expensive electric pumps from the same brand and nothing helped me to get more than 80-100ml from both breasts, with lots of water and supplements included. I also rented the hospital grade from Medela, I sent it back after a few days. The pump is super convenient, very easy to use, to wash and does a very quick and efficient job, can use it anywhere, anytime as a long as you have some privacy! Honestly, I get more milk and faster with this pump than an electric one! No need for bra to keep it on the breast or charging, etc. - while using the pump, here comes actually the most IMPORTANT PART, the one that is vital to produce more milk but noone actually tells you about it! No midwife, no professionals or online articles. Everybody says pump, pump and pump as often as possible for like 15-20 min, BUT that's just not it!!! What you need to do is express the milk with your own hands, also called COMPRESSING the breast. This is the second best way, after baby sucking, to get the milk out of the breasts! No pump, no matter what kind, has the same efficiency as your hands to express the milk! And if you don't empty the breasts as much as possible, they won't produce much milk. So manual pumping with one hand + compressing the breast same time with the other hand, it will give you the best results! - in parallel with the above, hydration, healthy food, supplements, teas, etc will do the very best. The results are almost immediate because a breast that gets emptied as much as possible will try cope with the demand and produce more milk.

After 10 uses, it stopped working. I’ve replaced some parts of the product, but it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t have enough suction to get milk out. I’m really disappointed since I spent a lot of money trying to fix it, but the issue still isn’t resolved..

After owning 3 electric pumps, two of which are cordless (other brands) and one is a corded one from Medela, I was disappointed about the output multiple times. Even though the breast milk sprayed out like a jet stream when I pressed, the pumps were not effective enough in extracting. I did get an okay amount of milk but I knew I could get much more. I love this pump. Compared to the electric pumps, I think this manual one is more effective in terms of output. The only downside is probably the number of parts it comes in, although that is not too much of a hassle once you get used to it. This manual one is definitely more effective than the others I own.

Klappt super gut :)

For my first baby I used an electric breast pump, one of the leading market products of the time. I since donated it to a friend and was looking for a replacement this second postpartum period, after my newborn's feeding pattern began to change. I wish I'd purchased this first time around. Seriously, don't look any further if you're after something to help you express between feeds (especially the sleepy, less than full night feeds) and maintain a good supply. But also make sure, via Medela's website, you measure your nipple size and get the right nipple shield to fit this. This product comes with the M (medium) size and it just may not fit you. Wrong size makes expressing slower or unable to pump at all. So order this and don't be afraid to size up (I got size L shields separately) to give your nips adequate room for suction. I used to hate sitting up in bed at night, or on the toilet next to the power outlet, listening to the beeping of my previous electronic pump. I also got way less milk out of the 40+ min spans I'd give myself to express. But this pump is quick, lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and compact without stupid wires and tethers. It can fit in a small handbag. All the parts are lightweight plastic, very easy to clean and sterilise. I've even been able to hold my newborn securely with one arm and pump from the other (yes, cos I'm counting on getting as many minutes of sleep as I can get!!) This is possible thanks to the fully rotatable pump handle and that it's manual; I don't have to try to time my grip or stimulate the let down according to some motor or program. I recommend operating two-handed though. You can get excellent results from massaging or hand expressing with your dominant hand, while using the other hand to hold onto the neck of the pump/nipple shield. That way you speed up expression and drain the breast evenly. The pump is so quiet and the clear parts make it easy to see if anything is coming out. If there isn't a proper seal to create suction, you'll know that it'll be because the siphon/flap inside is clogged ((can happen from longer pump intervals). Or because a part you've just washed is not securely fitted. No bulls*** electronic beeps orcryptic error messages to deal with. PS: seek out Cherub Baby reusable milk bags with the Medela pump adaptor. You'll actually enjoy pumping even more. I bought them and successfully fitted the pump to bag adaptor onto this product, so milk can be quickly measured and stashed in the fridge. I've also done an amazon review of those bags and adaptor.
