I usually take curcumin supplement when my running training regime ramps up before the race. Supposedly it can help alleviate the inflammation and speed up recovery process. From what I can tell in this perspective, the product works just like that -- my muscles and tendons recover much faster after long workouts. One more thing: the capsules are really tiny and go down easily.

Bit early to write a full review as only been taking these a few days. I regularly take turmeric and I take 2 per day. These have shown they digest well and I’m looking forward to seeing the continued benefits. These caps have a higher strength than others but I’m no expert. Turmeric helps with my exercise recovery and coeliac issues! Delivery excellent, caps are easy to swallow, nice bottle. Nice customer service too :)

This product really works to remove pain.

Great value high quality curcumin product.Everyone should take these for general health and anti inflammatory benefits.I can't comment on the pain relief section as that is not what I use it for but I am sure my knees and elbows will appreciate it after hard workouts as the temp drops outside!

Easy to swallow if you don’t mind taking pills they age quite large, have not noticed much difference but only been taking them for a few weeks supposedly you have to take for three to four weeks before you benefit so will review again soon

Ive been taking this a while now but switched to this brand most recently...it seems to be helping massively with my recovery from covid and I'm back in the gym sooner than I thought I would be.Recovery from sessions seems quicker and the issues with memory seem to be improving massively.100% recommend this brand if you're taking this supplement anyway, and if not you have nothing to lose.

Tumeric is an ancient form of ayurvedic medicine with long history of medicinal use in South Asia.So far this product seems good quality and effective. The price can be slightly more reasonable.
