Can’t get a pedal into the hole after many hours of trying assemble this. Awaiting refund - but having to pay for the return costs upfront which I think is unfair as this should be provided as the bike is faulty

I would suggest not to buy this.First, it comes almost completely dismantled. Second, to assemble this, you will have to guess many where each peace go as there are no instructions to follow. Third, I was unlucky as a few items were faulty

This bike arrived with scratches over it and had no instructions and was impossible to connect the brakes properly. In process of returning it with some difficulty as seller is very reluctant to provide a return address

Poor product. Heavy and stiff

I must register my disappointment firstly there was no tools included and secondly there was no manual on how to couple the bike.

No instructions, missing bolts etc and dents in the frame,

My 4 year old grandson loves it.
