I swear by these. I take 1 after a few drinks. And then make sure to take 2 before bed. I absolutely swear my hangover isn’t anything like it is without them! They are really big. But I don’t really care. I take them with some water and I really do feel better in the AM. Doesn’t take a hangover away, but get used to these & forget to take them, you notice by a long shot!

but they work very well

i just switched to this brand because it has a bioavailability additive. otherwise you have to take a caprylic acid capsule also. i have used for two years or more . i drink 8-10 alcohol drinks per day over 5-6 hrs. my liver enzymes ast, and alt, were 2-3x normal before. now.. they are not only normal but low normal, 14, 15 respectively. this stuff is saving my liver. not sure about my pancreas , colon, brain etc. but this stuff is magic for liver health for drinkers....

DHM is one of the active ingredients in name brand hangover aids like Cheers restore use to reduce the effects of hangovers. Cheers and similar brands are transparent in their blends so it's not hard to recreate the effects with different supplements. L-Cysteine and DHM are both the active ingredients in most hangover aids, so this is one of two parts to DIY it. There are a few huge benefits to going the DIY route. By splitting the supplements up, you can control what you're actually taking. The pre-mixed ones typically have a laundry list of supplements, some of which can cause adverse reactions. By isolating each, you know how you react. The other benefit is cost - this, with NAC, is pennies per dose, versus 3 bucks a pop for name brand hangover relief, and cheaper ones have very lose dosages. These in particular have about the same dose as in Cheers, so it'll be similar in effects. I can't comment on if the dosages are correct and manufacturing is consistent, but using NAC before and this DHM after for a few nights drinking, I can reliably say it significantly helps with my hangovers. My sleep is still terrible, though still improved, but I wake up feeling fine, without nausea, and the day after drinking isn't completely ruined.

Price is decent but the pills are very large and chalky. Difficult to eat!

I really like the formulation but these puppies are huge and uncoated. Would love a 500mg version of this. I down the 1,000mg fish oil capsule first to get my swallow ready.

The item is misleadingly titled. It's only 60 caps and 60 servings. Not 120, there are cheaper options for 60 servings
