I got my son started with Lego at the start of the pandemic. We have built a lot of sets together over the last 9 months or so. The castle was a challenge (my son is 6) but he absolutely loves it. He was so proud when he completed it. I also absolutely love that the Hidden Side collection encourages so much play. Every set in the collection has movable parts and surprising details that make for super fun physical play and the iPad app obviously take it to another level. The sets aren't cheap, but my son has gotten so many hours of entertainment from the build then playing with it with the mini figs and using the app. It is well worth the price.

Once built, we displayed it with our other Halloween decorations. Wish it would've came with some skeleton figures too

I purchased this set a while ago, looking forward to putting it together under pandemic quarantine, and when i started recently i figured at about 3 bags in that i was missing things. all in all i only received the first four numbered bag pieces, and am missing the rest as well as the bag that was un-numbered with the turrets and such. i expected much better from lego.

The lego set was great but the Hidden Side App was not available on either my Android phone or my ipad. Quite disappointing.
