I have used other brands. For the this source of vitamin D is a big improvement. I like what I have researched of the company and other reviews. I like it and I recommend it.

Great product

I tested low on vit d 2 yrs ago and have been taking it ever since. I truthfully havent noticed anything different in the way i feel, but i didnt have many sumptoms anyway. I ordered Blue bonnet when the brand i usually get was out of stock. This is way cheaper, without a lot of fillers. I like that it comes in a glass bottle. Definately will be sticking with this brand and switched my zinc over to Blue bonnet as well.

I'm sensitive to Vitamin D supplements and this is honestly the best Vitamin D supplement I've used yet. I have a whole cabinet full of Vitamin D supplements from the different brands and have tried all the major brands on Amazon.This is the only Vitamin D supplement I've been able to find that's made from fish oil. Most Vitamin D supplements are made from sheep wool oil that is naturally in a pre-Vitamin D3 state. The sheep wool oil is then irradiated to product Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Hence why some of us are sensitive to modern day Vitamin D supplements.Good luck and hopefully you find this product helpful.Note: I left the same review for the 1000IU version of this product. 100% fish oil, which is what I wanted. No lichen or lanolin.
