Can anyone explain how to seal these at the top? The buckle doesn't seal it.

YouTube how to seal dry bag. But you have to roll/fold it it down then clip the two ends together

Could you fit a single sleeping bag in the argest bag ?

Hi, I wouldn't be able to fit a sleeping bag into any of the waterproof bags that I purchased.

Will a double quilt fit in it?

No chance. You need about a 30L dry bag for that.
