made well seems very durable so far!
This might be my best find on Amazon ever.. we happened to have a GFID31 body-solid bench, so this fits perfectly. everything matched from the hardware to the cushions. it is almost as good as using a gym lying leg curl, the resistance falls off at the very top, adding bands i think would fix it but i haven't tried to connect bands to this yet. the leg extension is great - not as good as a commercial unit but for home this one is perfect. Need to purchase the 1" to 2" plate sleeve adapter separately (https://a.co/d/0aFHyAXr)

Really can't be used for leg extensions, but built strong
The way this item is designed,it pretty much can't be used for leg extensions, only curls, which is mainly what I really wanted it for anyway.Reason being there's no pad where the back of your knees hang off the end of the bench for your legs to rest on.This is the only one I've ever seen that didn't have 3 sets of pads.I tried several times to do extensions with it anyway, and my feet kept hitting the floor about halfway down on every rep.I thought this was especially odd since the very pic used shows someone doing extensions.Maybe if you put a rolled up towel under your knees,or raise the bench,it might raise your legs enough to get the job done. That's just an idea that I haven't actually tried since I'm not big on leg extensions these days anywayI've been using it regularly for quite a while now,and it works fine for leg curls.I also use it as kind of a leverage machine for seated calf raises w/280 lbs and I see no reason to believe it can't handle even more weight (That's the max I can fit on it-I only have 4 45lb plates,so I use them and 4 25lb plates)If I had 8 45lb plates, that'd give me 360lbs to use like thatTime for the disclaimer-this machine is not meant to handle hundreds of pounds,or to be used for calf raises,I'm assuming all risk of potential injury from breakage of product due to intentional overloading

Leg Extension, Leg Curl
It fit like a glove on my 25 year old Body Solid adjustable bench. I was looking for something to keep my 65 year old legs toned and this worked out great. Easy to put together and a solid piece of equipment.

I have to return it ☹️
I think this may have worked if I had a Body Solid bench. Hamstring curls are impossible due to the placement of the top portion being too far out. If the top rollers could be adjusted to set them closer to the bench it would work. Unfortunately, I have to send this back. It’s made well though and easy to assemble. If you have a Body Solid bench, get it.

Excellent leg developer for the money - and here is trick to make it work better for you.
I have looked at a lot of weight benches with leg developers. This leg developer is well made and the padding in the leg rollers is very good which is important for comfort. In fact, I have a great hack for people who use this product with Bodysolid adjustable weight bench PFID130X. The bench is decent but the leg rollers on the bench itself are poor - not enough padding which means that a leg curl where you are braced against that roller is uncomfortable. I swapped the leg rollers from the bench with the foot rollers from the GLDA1. I now have very good rollers under my legs when I do leg curls, and the skimpy rollers which are now pressed by my feet are fine for that task. The two pieces of equipment together are a pretty good setup for a great price. Also, the higher end Body solid adjustable weight bench - GFID71 - uses the same rollers as the PFID130X but has 6 rollers instead of 4. The hack above will work for that bench also.

Typical of Body Solid Quality
Received the leg developer yesterday and first thing I noticed was how heavy it was, so you know this part should be close to commercial gym quality. Even though this is sold as a "Powerline" attachment, it came in a Body Solid box with no mention of Powerline (Powerline is a subsidiary of BS). I got this for my Body Solid WFID bench (Same as the BS GFID, but older and in white. Hence the "W" prefix instead of the "G" for gray). Anyway, you have to assemble it but there are no instructions. Not a big deal if you have ever used something like this.My only complaint are the chrome end caps for the leg rollers. They pop off way too easy but they really aren't necessary to have on. (The picture on this site shows larger black end caps which actually match what my bench has).Overall I'm pleased. This attachment will help me pick things up and put them down.

Gets the job done for a home gym
This product works just fine with my BodySolid bench, as stated. It seems to be of solid construction. I am 5'1 and am able to use the quad lift just fine on the shortest setting. For the Ham curl, I need to scoot down on my bench so that I am positioned with the support pads are positioned about midway down my quad. It is not idea, but it gets the job done and I am not utterly uncomfortable doing so.My reason for removing a star, is the same as why I remove a star for all these products I have bought. The finish pieces are poorly designed, cheap and often do not even fit as intended. By finish pieces, I mean the plastic, metal or rubber end-caps that are supposed to "closeout" and metal gaps/holes/openings/etc. With this piece in particular, there are silver metal "caps" that go on the outside of the cushion pads (you can see on the picture). Half of those do not go into position as intended and simply fall out. We have tried re-bending the metal teeth back to starting position several times and installing again, but same result. This is just a bad design - I can live without the closeout. I am not lifting so hard and out of plane, that I force the cushions off the arms anyway.Overall, a solid piece attachment to my bench. Again, I am 5'1 and I make it work for me just fine.

200 LBS is the Max Load.
It's sturdy and has generous foam cylinder paddings (4" diameter), compare to PFID130X which has 3" diameter. Quality is great for the money. The way its 1" diameter hollow metal rod is connected to the main structure gives me doubt about the 300+ lbs load other viewers have stated. I got an official confirmation from the manufacturer today, the max load is 200 lbs for this leg developer attachment. PFID130X bench has a 600 lbs max load. The 1" rod only has one structural support which is at back end of the rod where it intersects with attachment's main frame. So I don't feel conformable stacking more than 3 heavy plates on it. Beyond three plates, the weight is bearing down at front end of the rod where it has no structural support.

Immagini ingannevoli
140 euro per una sbarra, saldata e 2 spugne.18 immagini che mostrano l'arnese attaccato ad una panca che naturalmente non c'entra nulla e servono altri 600 euro da acquistare. Ovviamente farò il reso.

Very well built

Great Product and Design
Perfect to compliment the Body Solid bench, opens the potential to train quadriceps (Leg Extensions) and hamstrings (Hamstring Curls). Highly recommendable!
