New Tactical Trauma Treatment Israeli Bandage T3 – 4”

These are true Israel bandages, not an inferior knock off. Highly recommend Good to have for emergencies at home, work, school and for outdoor activities. The T3's extra features are very useful. Keep at Lear one (original or T3) in each of your kits. These are sterile for many years as long as the inner package is not damaged. I plan to buy Moe in the future.

Traditional windless or elastic tourniquets are essential, but they have their limits. I'm not sure these new 4 inch Israeli bandages can apply the same presure to shut off a busted artery, but they are truly multi use from head to toe. I'm considering reducing the amount of individual large bandages in my trauma first aid kits in place of more of these Israeli bandages. I definitely recommend you buy several, but open one up and see what it's capable of and the many ways it's useful. Check out YouTube for more information. You don't want to be in an emergency while trying to open and learn about an Israeli bandage for the first time. Buy it, train with it, keep it close. I also recommend to open the outer seal and carry the clear plastic wrapped bandage to save room in your kit. 1 is none, two is one, three is fun, and double digit amounts means many lives saved.

I ordered 5 of these. The manufacture dates are all pretty recent. So you are getting new bandages. Only issue I had was one of the outer packages was not sealed when it arrived. But these do have a secondary, sealed wrapping inside. So the bandage is still fine. Definitely good bandages to have. Just be sure to check to make sure they have not lost their seal during shipping.

Haven’t needed to open it yet. It arrived slowly via post from Israel. Vacuum seal is exceptionally tight, impossible to read instructions while sealed. Printed black on dark grey, unreadable in a dark situation. Looks to be the real thing.

Who ever vacuum sealed the 4 I got, must have been drunk. The extra roll of gauze is sitting upright on it's skinny side on top of dressing, making the bandage 2 inches thicker. The Elastic bandage is rolled up into a mess almost doubling the height of package as it lays down on the table. These were manufactured in Germany, of all places, and done poorly.

I have ordered two of these trauma bandages and plan to order at least 4 more in the coming weeks to supply my home kit, my MCI/field trauma med pack and my EDC kit that I use to protect my family as we go out shopping, eating at restaurants, and watching movies. This is the bandage that I use in all of my trauma kits. The T3 is a really well thought out design with the extra pad that folds out or can be removed as well as the secondary elastic wrap that can be used to make a separate bandage, reinforce the bandage, or be stuffed into a wound as gauze.

I needed two new first aid kits, one for my car and another while hiking, these were are vital part of both kits, great product, small packs and easy to put in my kit.

Très bien, fait ce qu'il doit faire et est de bonne qualité. Procurez-vous en deux afin d'apprendre le fonctionnement pour le jour où vous en auriez besoin, ce que je ne vous souhaite pas. Attention aux différentes tailles de ces bandages.

Sie ist zweimal verpackt, dadurch sollte sie länger dicht bleiben, wenn sie am Man transportiert wird. Durch die abnehmbare zweite Wundauflage kann man auch grössere Wunden steril bedecken, oder man trennt sie ab, und kann eine zweite Wunde (Eintritts-, Austrittswunde) damit versorgen. Dass zusätzliche, sterile Verbandmull kann dafür als Mullbinde dienen, oder um eine Wunde zu reinigen oder tamponieren. Ansonsten alle Funktionen einer israeli Bandage, durch den Druckkörper haben diese Bandagen leider etwas gröseres Packmass, aber es gibt kaum gute Alternativen, die kleiner sind. Ich war ein Freund der Uriel Bandage, aber die gibt es wohl nicht mehr.
