Very fast
Ordered this this computer on a Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Bought this to use at home to replace a 10 y/o HP laptop. Very good computer, updates are fast as start up and shut down. Very user friendly. i have never owned a Dell before. So far, Very pleased with this purchase

Warranty
It has been too good. Now my only issue is the product was delivered on 12th feb 2019. So why does the warranty end in October 2020

RAM and Optane Memory
I bought two; both worked very well and fast. BUT, recently I had to reinstall windows in one of them. After that it was incredibly slow... at some point I was considering a RAM upgrade to 16 GB. Intel Optane Memory is critical for this laptop, since it only has 4 GB of RAM. I set it up(optane) and it is back, very fast!! Optane is not RAM but it helps the HD to keep track of the most used info and have available faster.

Good laptop
Its has most basic things to do basic work although the price could be considered a little high it really feels like a decent laptop, its quick on most of the tasks, at this price point I would have liked a graphics card.

Very slow !!
This computer is Super Slow !! it still struggles opening basic windows applications..Mother board also failed after a few months. Dell did replace it under warranty. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone
