Not suitable for vislon (plastic) zip tapes
These are a good product, and the tool is useful for removing the zip stopper without damaging the zip tape underneath. But whilst they are the right size (#5) for most zip tapes, you also have to buy the right kind of slider for your zip teeth.... Something I did not know before buying these, and something that I didn’t feel was very clear. A product picture for the type of zip tape these are intended for would be useful, as very few of us are haberdashery buffs after all!I think these would be suitable for standard metal zips, but I don’t know as they might be intended for coil zips! It is as clear as mud.One thing for sure, if you are looking for a zip replacement for vislon (plastic) teeth, these won’t work. The photo shows how small the sliding hole is on the replacement (loose) zipper. Vislon zips have a hole in the middle of the slider. I have had to steal a zip slider from the pocket to fix my daughters coat, so the stoppers and tool came in handy, just not the zip sliders.

Not worth the money
I personally thought this was a waste of money, didn’t find any of the zips heavy duty enough for my coat , and didn’t seem to hold well enough to use , I gave up with this product

read before you buy, only useful on thin material zips
bought the kit to fix a coat and fleece and needed the large and medium sliders. On both the zip channel is wide enough to take the actual zip teeth but the outside edge is not wide enough to fit over the material/tape edge of the zip. When held side by side with the broken zip bodies these are thinner, not a lot but enough to make them of no use to me.

Value for money but just didn’t work for me
Zipper broke on my favourite jacket hoping to repair but none of the ones in the pack were the correct size so useless for my at present, but may come in handy in future

Unfortunately not that great. Three just snapped trying to pull the zip up.Wouldn’t recommend. :@(

Nothing fits
None of the sliders have fitted any zip I've worked on.

No instructions
No instructions so get a thumbs down. not sure if i am using correct. Still working it out, looks like have to unstitch end of zipper to put on. 😢

Worst product so far
This isnt even helpful... tried for couple hours to make it work... even looked up to see if doing it wrong but im not. Terrible quality and the sizes just dont seem to work with heavy duty clothing
