Defective product delivered ! Very poor quality!! Delay in installation
Defective chair given Return not initiated since August 24th! No refund given! Money still held up!!Do not buy this product as it is a complete waste of a product!! The pump of the chair was defective.

Issue on fastening Allen screw
Allen screw unable to fastened to the back side of Mesch support along with handle part. Now fastened with two allen screws but not the other two.

Worked well for first 4 months. And then the height adjustment stopped working. Looking for replacement.

Good comfortable chair. The assembly took a long time and many follow-up calls. Seems Amazon was dependent on a third party service provider who was not very serious about honouring commitment made by Amazon!
