Cheap and Durable - Corded Is The Way To Go
I have owned and used this regularly for a few years now. After going through several cordless trimmers, I realized that they are all basically disposable. The batteries die eventually and then the trimmer goes in the trash. If you travel constantly, then sure a cordless trimmer that doesn't need a specific plug or a cord is handy. But probably 99% of the time, I am cutting my beard in front of my home bathroom mirror. So using a cordless trimmer at home is basically a waste of money. Maybe you can make your beard look perfectly even without a blade guard, but I can't. This has a pretty good blade guard, it is adjustable, it doesn't slip or shift, and you are unlikely to lose it. I like the adjustable design much more than those ones that come with a bunch of different, fixed length guards you have to clip onto the trimmer. That's more clutter in your drawer, more to lose, etc. But adjustable is no good if it slips while you are cutting, and this one stays where you put it. Just as importantly, you can easily remove and reattach the guard here with no hassle. You are inevitably going to take the guard off every time to do the final trim/clean-up around your beard using the bare trimmer, and whoever designed it understood that. The guard is also sturdy enough that I don't particularly worry about it getting broken or being unable to protect the cutting heads when I occasionally do need to throw it into a suitcase. The only thing I don't like about it is that the little marks to see what depth it is set at are very small and difficult to see. The trimmer itself is pretty basic and simple, but it gets the job done. It will get warm fairly quickly if you leave it on, it is designed to quickly trim your beard and then be turned off, so you are not going to cut your hair with it or anything like that. It has held up pretty well.

Simple but effective
Simple but works well. Not all the fancy attachments but does what it purports to do.

Should've bought this years ago
Done with toxic expensive hard-to-recycle cordless dead-in-a-year garbage after buying this. Works great. Might take a couple more passes than my crappy cordless Wahl did to get the beard even, and it gives a very negligibly less close buzz with no cutter guard on it, but it's also less harsh on the skin because the tips of the cutter head are less pointy. It's so negligibly less close it might just be all in my head. lol I always trim my beard to 1/8", and I used to use a separate large corded Wahl hair trimmer for my hair, also with a 1/8" guard on it. With this I just buzz the face and the head at the same time. It's great. The Wahl hair trimmer set is mothballed. This has nice even and ample power at all times of course, unlike the cordless era. The plastic cutter guards are more durable than the old Wahl guards and stay more firmly attached. No whoopsies from the guard popping off anymore, in other words. Just buy it. You'll love it.

Quality Product
This little trimmer works great. Comes with only one guard for hair, 1/2 inch I believe. I cut my whole head with it. Works really well, but need the guard on the second click. For the price you cannot beat it.

Not a Pleasant Trimming Experience
The Conair Corded Beard and Mustache Trimmer has a couple of serious issues that keep it from receiving a better rating. Proves and Contras: On the plus side the trimmer does not require recharging, which places this trimmer in a separate class from all the disposable planned obsolescence trimmers. The trimmer is comfortable in the hand, and the power cord is an appropriate length of 6ft. The trimmer seems to have sufficient power and has a nice steady hum when in operation. The trimmer head is around 1 inch and is just small enough to get behind the ears and eyebrows. Sadly, this is where the pros come to an abrupt stop. I have had some serious problems trying to use this trimmer including excessive heat and poor trimming results. The trimmers metal cutting head absorbs heat transferred from the motor. If you plan to spend more than about 10 minutes trimming the metal piece becomes hot to the skin requiring a 5 minute cool down, especially when using this trimmer in sensitive areas. This leads to a larger complaint, the poor trimming. For some reason this trimmer does not trim effectively. For example, every trimmer I have ever used whether corded or cordless trimmed hair at the slightest touch of the trimmer. However, when I try to trim my moustache’s long hairs with the Conair I have to press and repress the trimmer against my hairs to get a trim. This leads to having crooked lines, missed hairs, and a frustrating result. I always carry a beard and use this trimmer on a monthly basis just to trim up my moustache and to even out my beard. I will say this trimmer does the job, and for the price, I cannot complain too much. However, I wanted to give an honest review so that others have a better idea of what to expect from this trimmer. While this trimmer will trim up your beard, it is not a pleasant experience and if I could take back my purchase for a slightly better corded trimmer I would. My recommendation, if you cannot afford a nicer trimmer the Conair will work; however, I would recommend spending a little more for a corded Wahl or similar product if you intend to use your trimmer on a frequent schedule. Thanks, K.S. Phillips

Do not let the price fool you, this is a great trimmer!
It has only been a few weeks of owning this trimmer, but I am very happy and impressed with their performance. I have owned many clippers and trimmers and they all usually start out OK and then start to go downhill rather fast. Previous experience has taught me that if I were to have complaints or problems with a trimmer, I would know by the end of the first full week of use. The first week passed and I was still very happy, only slightly annoyed once in a while with the cord, but otherwise, happy. By the end of the second week, I was still impressed and had no complaints, other than the cord being just a little more annoying when cutting and moving the trimmer in a horizontal direction. All said and done, I think the cord is part of the reason these are so good so I have learned to live with it. It seems no matter how powerful or strong the cordless trimmers say they are and regardless of them having lithium power or titanium blades, they just don't compare when it comes to consistent results. I did not have to go back and forth over areas to get the hair. These just worked with a couple passes and it cuts fairly close. I mostly cut facial hair and also my head, and they are great. It gets very close and I can go 2 days or so without the hair getting too out of control on my face. The attachments fit firmly and seem to be very durable. Overall, the build quality and performance of these is excellent. I would definitely recommend these and I would buy them again. Especially considering the price!

Do not recommend.
Update 1 (April 18th, 2024): - This is a 120V product with a US plug. I have to use a converter. - Cannot adjust the clipper for a closer shave. - No cord tie included.

Mais ou menos satisfeito.
O produto corta a barba rente mas sobra alguns pelos, para o cabelo ainda não usei, a mais um detalhe a tomada é aquele pino chato necessitando de um adaptador para funcionar.

Best Trimmer Ever Purchased So far...
As of right now, this has been working really good for me. Considering, I have been using many wireless trimmers before from other brands and had issues with the battery lasting long enough after several uses. I really prefer plug in, it's just way better for me so far, no issues with the cord. Hopefully it can last for years, if i have any problems i will edit this review in the future. 2025: Still works great, I've opened it and cleaned it a few times. But the blades are still sharp and I still get the same trim like the first time.
