Quick and easy resolution
This was originally mislabeled as delivered but after using Amazon chat bot to report it unreceived the company replied quickly and offered to refund or resend. Design is Flowers C, Colors are a little brighter than pictured but the canvas is high quality with a nice non slip type backing.

Love the design
Like doing hook rugs but I don’t care for the animals that’s why I got this one. They are easy to do and it passes the time cause you get involved in them. But the design is what got my attention.

Not as pictured, but good
It didn't look very much like the picture but the kit was very well put together for what it was. Plenty of yarn and tools were nice quality though a printing defect meant I needed to figure out what stitches to skip compared to the paper pattern guide. Very relaxing to complete.
