The pills areeasy to swallo as they are smooth and have a very mild but pleasant taste in its outer shell. No issues in swallowing them as some have pointed out. I will get my vitamin tested again after finishing this in 2-3 months and will update this review. My pack did not have it's manufacturing date written butbit says 18 months from manufacturing as its expiry date. Butby look and feel the bottle looks to be newly manufacturered and should be fine.
