Is it movable without moving the body? Also, do the braids come out to change the hairstyle?** A: The head moves! I think the the braids come out! I’m not positive! My Granddaughters loved them! I bought 2! **Q: I just bought this puppet and it came with sad eyes and unhappy mouth. Does not look like the happy excited face in the pic. Is that normal?** A: As anther customer who bought the 25in Amy Peach Silly Puppet, what you see in the picture is exactly what I received, which I don’t believe looks sad or unhappy. If what you received looks very different send it back, we are happy with the Amy Peach puppet! **Q: Is the arm control rod supposed to be curved or straight?** A: The arm rod is straight. However the metal can be quite soft so you can curve it if you like. If you want it straight you can step on it and straighten it out. Hope that helps.
