I was all excited to find this digest ease synergy blend of essential oils. This oil is packed with many good essential oils. My daughter just got me started using essential oils a couple months ago. I loved the aromas of the essential oils I got and started to read up and learn about all the good things that essential oils help with. They are natural healing oils without all the chemicals that our medicines all have in them now days. The oil assortment that she sent me was from Young Living and I thought they were so expensive. Looking them up I read that they were supposed to be the best. I figured there had to be other companies out there just as good so I went on line and started looking. Edens Garden is a great company and the products are a lot cheaper and in my opinion just as good. Digest Ease Synergy Essential Oil Blend has a woodsy and spicy aroma that promotes natural balance by calming and cleansing. A few drops on the skin of the belly can make a huge difference. Digest Ease is a soothing mixture of Anise Star, Caraway, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Peppermint and Tarragon. Peppermint by itself helps with upset stomachs. I didn't have this blend when my husband came down with the flu. His stomach was so sick. I looked up what kind of essential oil would help and found that you rub peppermint oil right on the stomach. I added coconut oil too because my husband has sensitive skin. Afterwards I found out that the 6 drops I rubbed on was way too much, I guess you only use a couple of drops of essential oil. It worked and believe me, he had been pretty sick. I haven't done much research on the anise star, caraway,corriander and fennel but what little I have read is that they are good for the digestive system. I love Edens Gardens oils. They are a caring company. Edens Garden sent a pamplet on all the oils that was very informative. They even sent me an email concerning these oils and if I had any problems to contact me. I have never had a company take the time to send out personal emails and assure me that if I ever have any questions or problems to contact them. I definitely give Edens Garden products a five star. In a way I am excited to use this blend but in another way not. I hate an upset stomach. Digest Ease is a soothing mixture of Anise Star, Caraway, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Peppermint and Tarragon. I have been buying Eden‘s Garden oils for several years. You cannot beat the unadulterated quality of the oil, the quality of the blended oils, and the price. I am a certified essential oil specialist, and these oils have proven helpful to me many, many times.

Compares to DoTerra DigestZen. Does seem to have a slightly different taste(somewhat like alcohol). But it works just as well as digest zen. It will be something I buy again. The price is fantastic and seems to be great quality.

I love Edens Gardens products! They are so affordable and work just as well as the more expensive oils such and Young Living oils and DT. This product works great if you are having tummy/digestion issues. It's so safe and gentle we use it on our kids. It helps me so much when I am nauseated or having tummy pain. I typically apply a couple drops on my stomach every 1-2 hours as needed. It definitely helps and I will purchase this product again. This is a really good value. The oil drops come out with ease and there is no mess at all when using. I don't use this one in my diffuser, this one works best applied directly to the skin.

The ratios might be different than Young Living or Doterra, but the effects are similar. Such a better price than those brands and I find this works as well. I put it directly on the skin, even though others says to use carrier oils. My digestion got messed up from parasites, so I figure direct contact also helps with killing them off. It's "stronger" medicine so to speak. But you can always dilute with coconut oil if it suits your situation better. I wouldn't take this oil internally. If you want to go that direction, I'd specifically get an organic oil and I'd personally use peppermint...which is great for digestion.

I can't say this has improved my stomach issues completely, but it did seem to calm my upset stomach a little. It has a pretty strong smell, similar to vicks to me. I mixed my essential oil with a little bit of coconut oil so it would be more gentle on my skin and this worked well. It's worth giving it a try. I will keep using it when I have stomach aches to see if it improves.

I’ve been using Do Terra’s blend for over a year and thought I would give this a chance. Slightly different aroma but same affect.
