I bought this when it was a 1 star review. Now there's 12. So obviously my instincts were good. Great starter kit for those wanting to learn the art of sourdough. The banneton has a couple minor flaws, but it's a banneton. My loaves utilize only the bottom third if the basket. The scrapers are great. The silicone pad is not needed for sourdough; save it for cookies. The linen liner has tiny tears in it after one or two uses. No big deal. It's linen, wash by hand, line dry to avoid shrink. The lame is a little hard to get used to. I'm still learning how to use it right. Maybe the blades are not sharp enough. The kit included extra blades. The blade protection "leatherette" is poor. Be careful to open the bread lame box carefully. You won't know which end has the sharp point.Overall great kit. I started SD bread before buying the kit, now I'm glad I have the tools. My process is improving.

Great product for the beginner...honestly has more than you really need, but it has everything you might need. The basket is very high quality and will last awhile. I love the lame with the extra blades as well.The dough scrapper is nice but not 100% necessary. The silicon mat is super awesome but a pain to clean, I’d use it a lot more often if it was easier; usually I just sanitize the counter, dry, dust with flour and work on that surface.Everything in this kit is of an above average quality. Great for someone looking for a complete set for starting bread baking, just get a Dutch oven and a starter and you are good to go.

I was hoping to get a full set to start making sourdough bread. But the blades were missing and the only way is to sent it back although the rest looked fine. I asked for a refund as I found other interesting deals. So sad, you cannot ask for a partial refund and keep the items to avoid the hassle of returning it.

This is a great set, you get all the tools you need for baking bread and such in one nice package. The bowl is fun and it comes with a nice bag to keep your bread in. I started picking out the individual items to buy for my husband who loves to bake bread, but then I came across this set and it has all I was looking for in a nice complete package. Bonus, it's all nice items. So you can get all this for a very good price and it's less expensive than buying it all idividually. Great gift set too. Thanks for putting together the perfect set.

Absolutely best baking care package I've ever bought. Has Absolutely everything you need and made with quality. I wish they had more sets like this available.
