**Q: How many ounces fit in the carb side?**
A: One side is 3oz protein and the other is 3 Oz of free veg but with the optional substitution of 1 Oz carbs. Amanda Clark, Bariatric Dietitian.

**Q: Does it come with the colorful pictures of proteins and veggies?**
A: It is exactly as it looks in the photo.  The colorful pictures are within the glass.  I do not believe they can be washed off.

**Q: It says 1 cup of food. i am 3 years out roux n y, my doc says that is not enough food. it's right post surgery, do you have a maintenance size?**
A: They make the 1 cup bariatric and a regular one that is about 3 cups. The best system option is to add the snack tower, it has several cups of various volume.

**Q: How many ounces on each side?**
A: I don’t know about ounces but if you fill up the divider, it is 1/2 cup between the two.
