I don't know about the product because it was a gift for my "adopt a family" during the holidays but I can say it looked well made. Delivery was fast too.

The firetruck itself is a good quality; it won't break immediately or anything.The "surprises" are fun for a child to discover, which is nice.Some of the "surprises", or accessories, are VERY small, so that in itself is a surprise as this toy is is aimed at 3+; seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.The primary issue is the key. Without it, it would seem that you cannot re-open the compartments that held the "surprises"; so you have 1 of 2 options:1) Never lose the key, or make sure a child never puts the key inside one of the locked compartmentsor2) Once you have the "surprises" out of the locked compartments, never use those compartments again and lose out on the ability to store all those very small accessories easily.I would warn anyone of the above if they were thinking about buying one.

Son loves it! Super skeptical to order since it was so close to Christmas but so worth it. If the kid places the key in the locked compartments you can easily open the compartment with a popsicle stick. Very durable and well made.
