The way the products feel in my hair.
I love the smell, softness, shine, and most of all the high quality of the conditioner. Scotch porter leaves my hair very moist and controlled.

Moisturizing and good for short wavy hair
I have bought A TON of hair balms, leave in conditioners, gels, wave cream, etc. This is one of the better high quality products, especially considering the price. This is very moisturizing, lightweight and smells great. I gave it only 4 stars as you will not achieve a superior hold. You’ll have to purchase a pomade for that. But this is good to use sparingly to first feed your scalp, rub it in. Then apply a small amount of pomade to the top portion of your hair. Throw a durag on and you’re in business! My hair is short, with a 1 or 1.5 cut on top, with 4a or 4b grade hair.

Magic Balm
This balm has quenched my thirsty wild mane like no other product has. I have long, thick, curly hair that I blow dry straight and it's been in desperate need of something deeply moisturizing. My hair is now soft, frizz free and smells delicious. I know it's marketed towards men, but I highly recommend this balm for everyone, regardless of gender.
