After the Fire Photo - Firestop saved THIS house.

I thought we were just wasting money when we went the extra mile to try and protect the tenants from their own actions. Without the Firestops the home would almost certainly have burned, and the sleeping tenants might have died. One tenant left a pot of oil on the right front burner then left the house. Thankfully the smoke alarms alerted other tenant's. Most of the fire was already out when they got to it. It really opened my eyes.....
