Works well.
I've never had a coffee grinder so I have nothing to compare it too, however after a bit of trial and error I got it dialed to a grind consistency that I'm happy with. It is loud like a blender. It's compact so it just sits in the corner when not in use. It is mostly plastic so maybe don't drop it haha. Smell of fresh ground coffee can't really be beat outside of the fresh brew.

Fantastic Home Coffee Bean Grinder
A little mighty-mite of a coffee grinder that replaced my separate grinder that broke apart. This one is smaller than it appears, easily fits under cabinets, and makes a perfect complement to a coffee maker. Its coffee bin holds enough beans for a number of days coffee at a time, and the grind is set perfectly based on your setting and type of coffee maker. The one problem I had is that I could not get the burr grinder mechanism out of the housing, as the directions show, for either cleaning or clearing blockages. In response, the company's amazing customer service sent me a replacement coffee grinder, no charge!!! The new one was built the same way, and I could not remove the grinder, but at least I now have a back-up in case my first one gets stuck.

Reliable but messy
I've had this a little over a year now. It grinds well and has held up. Still works as good as the day I bought it. It is also not too noisy. I do wish that it could grind more at a time. I have to fill it multiple times to prep for a small pot of coffee per day. You can also only run it 5 times before it temporarily stops working. It is really messy too. There is no way to pull the ground out without it making a mess. The image is after being used just a couple times after a deep clean.

Barista vibe meets lullaby quiet.
The grinding speed, interactive settings, and low noise performance are all excellent. The installation is simple, and each setting is clearly visible. This grinder can adjust the grinding time or the number of coffee cups to the optimal state.

Lasted 3 years
Grinder lasted 3 years before getting the grind worse and worse. Has gotten so bad, the smallest espresso grind is more chunkier than store ground coffee by multiple orders of magnitude. I only make drip coffee. Takes a lot more coffee to make a good cup. I cleaned the grinder at least every 2 days. Last grinder lasted 5 years awesome before I dropped on accident and broke it.

Compact, Powerful, and Perfect for Espresso Lovers!
Hello to anyone reading this! I recently purchased this bean grinder for my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was looking for something compact that wouldn’t take up much counter space but could still get the job done — and this grinder absolutely delivers. It features clearly labeled grind settings, and after experimenting a bit, I found that the best results come from learning what works for your specific machine. For example, I discovered that setting the dial just above “espresso” (on the “O”) gives me the perfect fine consistency — think cinnamon powder — for my espresso maker. When I first tried the standard espresso setting, it wasn’t quite fine enough. In terms of affordability, quality, and design, this grinder truly exceeds expectations. It’s actually Quiet and simple to use! It’s compact, elegant, and performs exactly as described. Ready to go right out the box easy to disassemble and clean with easy to follow cleaning instructions and information about the product inside! I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Overall Pretty Good
I have had this coffee grinder for over a month and like it fairly well. I like to grind my coffee very fine. Not because I use it for an espresso, but because I try to extract as much flavor as I can from the coffee. It does grind the coffee beans very fine, to a nice powder. And changing the grind setting allows you to get it pretty course or somewhere in between. That's the main feature of a coffee grinder, afterall. As for the cup selection, which allows you to select how much coffee to grind, it is very inconsistent. I set it on 2 cups and it grinded about 14g of coffee which is good for an 8oz. cup of stronger coffee. Turning it up to 3 made no difference. Nor did turning it up to 4. Somewhere between 4 and 5 it finally jumped to around 20g which is how much I use for a 16oz cup. But even there, it will sometimes grind 18g or as much as 24g. So, the cup selection is not consistent. I can live with it being wrong, but being inconsistent is a bummer as it will not produce a consistent brew. Lastly, as some others have mentioned, there is a fair amount of static electricity in the grind cup especially with the fine grind selection. Coffee sticks inside of the cup and you have to tap it to get the coffee to drop to the bottom of the cup. I even tap on the back of the unit to get the coffee to fall into the grind cup. While this is not a big deal, it does make the unit pretty messy. Every couple of days I vacuum around the grinder and where the grinder cup sits. I would have paid extra for a glass grind cup. These are minor concerns so, overall, I do still like it especially given the price. It would be perfect if not for the above shortfalls.
