Q: How do I return an a item? I received duplicate of the same item instead of 2 separate items I ordered

Q: What happened??? fabric is coarser than before and fit is smaller

I can't answer about your particular shirt . Sizes can vary depending on where they are made. I don't have that color in my collection. As far as material, possibly ran out of original material, and had to find the next best thing. You should be able to return it for a refund.

Q: How long are these shirts? I’m looking for something that won’t lift when arms go up.

I think these shirts are great because the lengh is a little longer than most tee shirts and stay tucked in well. I also hang them up to dry for the first 4 or 5 washes before drying them in the dryer. They seem to avoid shrinking that way.

Q: is the ivory see through?

No, they are made of a substantial weight cotton. Hold up well and comfortable.
