Wild Republic Wild Smiles Face Mask, Reusable and Washable, Half Face Coverage

Recipient loved it.

The reviews said that the adult size was huge, and I'm a small adult for whom most adult sized masks are too big, so I ordered the child size. It's tiny :-( It is indeed child sized, probably suitable for an 8-10 year old. I can make it work, as it's really only for a one-time effect and some photos, but I'm Goldilocks and I need a "medium", not "baby size" nor "big daddy" size. I wanted it for a costume, not to wear all day.It does feel pretty comfortable to wear though, so if it were the right size for me, it'd be a solid five stars. It's nice and soft against my face, not scratchy at all.

Glasses wearers: Don't be put off by the lack of a nose wire. I cut the nose wire out of a disposable paper mask and was able to insert it into the Wild Republic mask without even cutting a hole... the stitches and the material are stretchy enough that you can work the wire in through the seam. I actually inserted two for an extra-snug seal around my nose. (See the picture for how I did it.)The adult sized masks are big and comfortable. I've got a large head (XL or XXL hat and motorcycle helmet size), and these masks fit me quite well. Folks with smaller heads might need to shorten the earloops somehow.The mask is two layers of material, thick enough that it feels like I'm getting some filtration, but no so thick that it is hard to breathe through.Five stars because (even though some of us will need to DIY the nose wire and earloop length adjustment), the masks are inexpensive, well made, and FUN. I needed some of that last right about now.

Got this for my costume at Halloween. The mask, seemed as though it was stretched out and was very large. I wear a double mask for work so I wore this over one of them and had to twist the ear holds to help make it smaller. Good thing it was only $5. RUNS VERY LARGE!!

Its a thick mask but you're still able to breathe. Good quality, durable, and easy to wash. I get compliments on it all the time! Definitely worth the money.

I purchase masks for my daughter based on the print and comfort ONLY since they're required at her school. This mask is a soft floppy breathable cotton. It does not have any type of nose piece or adjustable ear loops to give a better fit, so it fits or it doesn't. It fits my 10 year old with a little bit of stretching. I can't imagine it fitting a child any older.

We bought several of these in different animals for my kids for school. We went with the adult size because I saw a review somewhere that they ran small. We also had ordered children sizes from the zoo and they were borderline too small. The penguin ones were really large. I put it on and it kept trying to fall off of my nose. I tried the crocodile next and it fit me great and was only slightly baggy on my son. I am able to sew so I just took up the ear loops and they work great. For the price, you can't go wrong with these. Just know that some ear loops are longer than others on different animals and may need alterations.

Kid likes it but the ear loops are too big yet if you try and make a knot, the fabric is thick and then makes the ear loops too small. It needs a plastic slide o. The ear loops to adjust the fit.

Liked the design but not standed fit as to tight & missed deadline to return it

Straps are still a bit large for a 5 and 8 year old. Disappointed looking son today when it didn't quite fit and tying up the straps didn't really help. Will probably need one of those 'ear saver' gizmos to use it.
