Easy to swallow
I have been using these for awhile & they are easy to swallow and I do not mind the calcium dust on them. I sill keep using based on the same price I am now paying.

Good, Quality Calcium Capsules
I’ve been using this brand of calcium for years and they’re working because my bone density tests have been pretty good. I recommend you take these with Vitamin D and Vitamin K-2 MK7. Check out the research on that. This combination has been working for me.

Good but one busted open
A capsule must have busted open or something because all of them are coated with powder on the outside. I have gotten others from this brand and they were fine and I still am able to take them. So overall I think a good purchase

Misleading dosage
Okay two months after using this supplement I just discovered now by accident that the actual dosage per pill is 250 mg not 1000 mg! I have been diving the pill by two all this time thinking I was taking 500 mg and it turns out I was taking 125 mg apparently! The advertising is very dangerously misleading for someone talking calcium for health issues!
