★★★★★ Simple, Accurate, and Perfect for My Whelping Room I bought the ThermoPro TP49 Digital Hygrometer/Indoor Thermometer to monitor temperature and humidity in my puppy room, and it has been such a great little tool. When you’re raising a litter, especially newborn Golden Retrievers, keeping the environment stable is so important — and this makes it incredibly easy. The display is large, clear, and easy to read from across the room. I love that it shows both temperature and humidity at the same time, and the comfort indicator (dry/comfort/wet) is a quick visual check when I’m busy with puppies. No complicated setup — just pop in the battery and it’s ready to go. Accuracy has been solid. I compared it to another thermometer I had, and the readings were right in line. It updates quickly, which is helpful when adjusting room temperature or adding a humidifier. It’s small and lightweight, so I can move it around the house depending on where the puppies or mom are resting. For the price, this is a must-have if you’re monitoring a nursery, whelping box area, or even just your home comfort levels. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This has been one of the handiest little additions to my greenhouse setup. I use it daily to monitor humidity and temperature so I can keep my plants happy during hot Tennessee weather. The display is clear and easy to read from across the room, setup took seconds, and it’s been very accurate so far. Compact size but incredibly useful if you garden indoors, have a greenhouse, or even just want to monitor humidity inside your home.

The device is working great w/ 0 issues. Very easy to set up: I just popped in the battery, made sure it was displaying °F, and stuck it to the side of the mini fridge in my bedroom. My only complaint, and it's 100% my fault for not double checking, is that the size is a little small. Happy w/ my purchase though.

nice small size but with large display, and takes "regular" battery. Big improvement over the last one I bought. Calibrated with my HVAC thermostat, it's within 1 degree. I just wish it had a compass. Good price, good value.

Used 4 to keep track of temp thru out house...they also measure humidity. Nice product !

I ordered a 2 pack, figuring I can compare the 2 for readings/accuracy. So I put in the battery, and the 2 side by side were about 10 degrees away from each other in temperature and about 30 degrees in humidity. Neither temperature was within even 10 degrees of what I knew the room temperature to be. After an hour, still way off. I thought it was junk, considered sending it back but thought I’d try the customer service #. Amazingly, a human answered AND was very friendly AND helpful. Wow. Young man cheerfully assured me that it takes up to 24 hours for the thermometer to acclimate and give out accurate readings. He apologized that the owner’s manual does not specify this. I said, sure no problem, but really doubted it. OK, 23 hours later, the 2 match each other perfectly and matched my accurate house thermostat. This small and inexpensive thermometer is carefully thought out. It’s easy to insert battery. It gives you an option of popping the back support out if you want to have it setting up on a surface, or you could hang it from same little support, or there’s a magnet too. Magnet is strong enough to support the thermometer. I probably would have given them at least 3 stars for having actually answered the phone. Nowadays, that’s very rare. But the product is great, customer service is wonderful, so 5 stars it is. I plan to get another 2 pack.

These work well ; measurements update every 10 sec, small / compact, convenient (car, camper, tent, etc) , magnet in back (fridge), somewhat large display - can be easily read 6+ ft away. This said, I ordered a 2-pack and one unit consistently measures 4-5% more humidity then the other. My old gage still works so I can tell which one is correct. Not sure if I will return to get a replacements that measure & display the same accurate info ... would like to avoid this. 3 week UPDATE: I called Thermopro, and they offered to replace the incorrect unit at no charge. Fantastic ! Plus, I was told if you register your unit on their website, at no cost, you get 3 yr warranty instead of 1 yr. Very kind and polit over the phone. Highly recommend.

The numbers are Klingon, but amazing if your a star wars fan
