Children's Acetaminophen Made Clean, Fever Reducer for Kids, 4 fl oz

I had seen the commercials for this product and was skeptical. I assumed it would be expensive and not as effective as brand name Tylenol, which we always got for my 4 year old daughter. But when it came time to purchase more during a cold, I saw it here on Amazon and was suprised to see the price was equal to brand name Tylenol. I was also impressed by the limited ingredients, and the Blueberry flavor was a nice touch. My daughter is very good with taking medicine, although she prefers Cherry flavor, she likes Blueberries so I thought it was worth a shot. My girl is very perceptive, and did immediately notice the color was slightly off that what she was used to. Tylenol is more white, Geneva is more Beige. I did tell her it was Blueberry flavor, so she wasnt suprised, as she is in a phase where she doesn't like new things. She initially refused it because of this, but I always tell her to try something before she can say "she doesn't like it." So after some reluctance," she did took a tiny sip. Then she tipped her head back and easily swallowed the entire dose! She smiled and said, "Mmmmm, it's yummy!" (For the record, those who may say it's dangerous for a toddler to like the taste of medicine, when she was 2 years old, we had friends staying with us whose child had an incredibly rare illness, and required 8 doses of 16 medications a day, so she watched her friend take medicine daily for the 8 months they live with us. She knew her friend was sick and learned it was only for when she feels sick, and watching her friend take it willingly showed her not to fight it. And of course we have them locked up.) Anyways, the Genexa provided pain relief within the same amount of time as brand name Tylenol, and lasted just as long. I would not say it lasted any longer, or neccessarily worked better, but the limited ingredients are a major plus. While we don't exactly do "natural" only, our family does prefer to use products with as few unnecessary chemicals, dyes or any other irritants when it comes to anyrhing regarding my daughter. Foods, soaps, anything. Genexa will be our go to pain relief from now on. I'm very glad I decided to try it and encourage others to do so. TLDR: JUST AS GOOD AS BRAND NAME, SAME PRICING, LIMITED INGREDIENTS. WE WILL BE SWITCHING, AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO!

This is such a great alternative to other children’s pain and fever reducers. I love the clean ingredients and the fact that it’s dye free with no artificial additives—it really gives me peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, it actually works. It effectively reduces fever and helps with pain just as well as traditional options. My child had no issue taking it, and the organic blueberry flavor is a nice bonus. I also appreciate that it’s pediatrician preferred and made with a more thoughtful formula. One of the things I appreciate most about Genexa is the simple formula and the absence of artificial dyes. The liquid is completely colorless and has a slightly thicker consistency than I initially expected, but it’s still easy to administer. I also tasted a small amount myself and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It wasn’t nearly as unpleasant as I expected from a liquid medicine, which is definitely a plus. Another feature I really appreciate is the bottle design. It includes a dosing syringe and has a small opening that allows you to draw up the liquid more accurately without pouring it out or wasting product. Overall, I really like the thoughtful formulation and practical packaging. It has become an option I’m happy to keep in our medicine cabinet.

I absolutely love Genexa Kids Pain and Fever Medicine! I’ve been using this since 2022, and it has become my preferred alternative to the big name brand acetaminophen. My son lives this stuff, however the last two we bought (same shipment) were pure brown and tasted bad. I'm guessing it was the heat. The normal color is more of a very light tan.

I can’t say enough about Genexa. Their marketing is 100% true to the product - no unnecessary ingredients. I think every parent can relate to worrying about what they’re putting in their little one’s body, and I truly wish I found this product sooner. The reason I’m here: we used children’s/infant Tylenol for the first time when my baby got her first round of vaccines and spiked a 24 hour fever. Routine, but she was miserable and it was impossible to soothe her. The pediatrician recommended a small weight-based dosage of Tylenol, and as my baby swallowed the last drop of the name brand medicine… she puked up everything she’d just gotten down. She HATED name brand Tylenol (we went through that same routine a few times while she was little), and if you’re a parent who’s been in that situation, you know how heartbreaking it is to painstakingly get your baby to take the medicine, and then have them throw it all up and know that there’s nothing you can do to help them for the next 6 hours when they’re finally due for another dose. After our third time going through this with regular children’s Tylenol, I started researching other options and found Genexa. No dyes, no artificial flavors, and no unnecessary additives? Sign me up. I sampled the flavor the first time we used it, and it truly tastes like blueberry candy, I wish medicine tasted like this when I was a kid! You can see that the medicine is a natural color (truthfully it’s an unpleasant color, but I guess that comes with natural) when you remove it from the bottle. The things you might be wondering: this is comparable to children’s and infants Tylenol, you’ll use same dosage you would with that. Even though this isn’t advertised for infants, there’s no true “infant” Tylenol, it’s all the same as children's Tylenol, and infant Tylenol is just sold with a syringe and instructions to discuss the dosage with your pediatrician. Genexa is just sold with a cup, BUT it does have a standard syringe size hole at the top to make it easy for parents of infants - you just have to BYO syringe. Since switching to Genexa, my daughter hasn’t thrown up her medicine once and hardly fights me while we’re trying to get it down. If you’ve been struggling to get your kid to take Tylenol, or if you have a baby on the way and are trying to cross essentials off the list - buy Genexa before you have a little one running a fever and wish you already had it!
