This is my holy grail cleanser as a girl who has long suffered from dry skin and acne! It is gentle while still removing makeup. I am allergic to fragrances, so fragrance free is a must for me. I have used both this foaming cleanser & the regular cleanser and they both clean great ... but I do prefer the foaming cleanser better. The regular comes out really fast & has that watered down look, even though it really isn't watered down. But it does come out runny. I have a preference for CereVe anything. I think their products are priced really well & their products work really well. I live the creamy lotion, the kind that you take 2 or 3 fingers into the jar & put on your face or arms, kegs & body. I just thinks it's done wonders for my mature skin. I also use their lotion ... it's on my nightstand & the last thing I put on my hands before bedtime. If you're young & reading this, do your skin a couple of huge favors. Yse sunscreen even in the winter .. everyday. Apply it everytime you are heading outdoors. At night, wash your face with a good cleanser, and use gentle overnight moisturizers. Oh & skip the caffeine (its all bad for your skin & teeth, eats away at your enamel). Drink lots if water everyday instead. More & more young people are skipping all alcohol. That's also great for your skin, health, body & soul. Exercise, go for walks, hikes, dancing ir whatever ... it's all so fun w/o alcohol in your bodies! Okay that's enough 😉

Normal skin, late 40's, minimal makeup wearer but always wearing water and sweat resistant SPF. I've always been a fan of double cleansing (oil/balm + wash), and had never tried this brand before. It was on sale so thought I'd give it a try. I absolutely LOVE it. There was no sensitivity for me, it got my SPF off (I did use a microfiber face towel as well), and my skin fells so clean yet moisturised afterwards. Will definitely be getting again. I also love the huge size making it very economically priced.

This works! Might have overdone the chemical exfoliants, so my skin was sensitised and blotchy with frequent breakouts. Switched up all the acid Cleansers to only use this, and my skin gradually got better (took me 2 months though) Daily, I use this as my 2nd cleanse after Cleansing oil if I'm wearing makeup. If I'm barefaced with just sunblock (physical or mineral one), I will still double cleanse, both times with this Cerave. This cleansers foams up nicely but doesnt harsh, almost like the Japanese cleansers (foam cushion on skin feeling) Vs the other Cerave Cleansers (Hydrating and foaming) that I had trialled in the past , I very much prefer this one. Having it remove makeup is just a bonus, cos I just love its smell and texture anyway.
