Bristol Teak Coffee Table

I recently wrote a review of this table with a lower "star" rating because the item sent was not the same as the one I ordered (horizontal slats instead of the diagonal ones pictured). However, the item was of the quality I expected -- real teak, reasonably sturdy, easy to assemble and, incidentally, now that I've read some reviews of other products, let me note that it arrived undamaged.About a half hour after posting the first review, I got a phone call from the seller asking for details and offering an apology and (unnecessary) remediation. I've never even heard of that happening before!As a rule, I think customers have a right to expect to receive the products they order. In this case, there was a slight discrepancy, but, hey, my wife is happy with the table we got, and the seller offered unusually prompt customer service.No further complaint. I'll order again when we need another piece of patio furniture.
