I did not get get sick or experience any discomfort using this cleanse. After only a few days I started waking up early without an alarm, feeling completely rested. I've never had a problem sleeping, but waking up has always been a struggle. I might have been 9 or 10 the last time I felt truly rested and ready to get out of bed in the morning.Now a warning.. two weeks before I started the cleanse, I gave up caffeine cold turkey. DO NOT DO THIS. I completely underestimated how difficult giving up caffeine would be. The first 4-5 days after giving up caffeine I felt AWFUL. Intense headaches in which pain meds did not help the first two days, sore throat, what I can only describe as "colon aches," and out of control emotions. I should have stayed home from work the worst days (2 & 3). Do yourself a kindness and wean yourself off caffeine over a 30 day period before you start any cleanse.

Only been on it a few days but I feel better (overall digestion) and surprised at the amount of energy I have! I was really scared the taste would be bad and I would not be able to complete it, but I actually don’t mind the taste. I put the powder and water with a splash of unsweetened almond milk and ice in my speed blender and it tastes a little like watered down strawberry milk to me, a little chalky after taste but nothing too bad. So far so good

I received this yesterday and was all excited to start my cleanse this morning. The shake tastes so bad that I was only able to stomach a few swallows (just enough to take the supplements) and then I had to dump the rest down the drain. They do not offer us the option to return this so I will still follow the regimen, just with my own protein shakes. I won't buy this again.

This is a great product and I am a repeat customer. I utilized it before to get my gut issues in check. Battling hashimotos (thyroid disorder) and this helped detox my body and get rid of cravings.

Can't really say if it does anything useful. Changed too many things at the same time. Package comes with dietary instructions to get most out of product. I was already on a low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet. Based on instructions, I also eliminated coffee and dairy. I also became a bit more fanatic about avoiding sugar and grains, eating nothing that I wasn't sure what was in it. At same time, I started taking Betaine HCL / Pepsin and Digestive Support enzymes at each meal because people with Hoshimoto's have terrible digestion. Anyway, after a few days, lost 4 pounds for no discernible reason, then a few days later, 3 pounds. Was it the powder or something else? Who knows. The powder tastes like Bazooka Bubble Gum. Hard to choke down but towards the end got used to it. No side affects. Each packet is 100 calories plus change, so you need to eat it with something or you will starve. I just ate my usual meals. I tried the alkalizing broth they recommend, but it was gross, so I just used Lemon water. I don't feel any better or worse than before starting this, but I did lose 7 pounds

I would like to hear/know mine did not come with a book.Am i supposed to replace my meal and take the powder?What about the capsules when is the best time to take it.Pls help.Thank you

I was a little hesitant to do a 14 day cleanse as I eat socially with my friends and family a lot. I was a bit concerned about being tempted to join in, and break the cleanse. Much to my surprise, these shakes are great. I loved the flavor and they kept me feeling full, but lite on my feet. I did loose a few pounds on the cleanse as well. I came away wishing that I had bought the 21 day cleanse. I will definitely do another one. It actually made my life easier... took the packets on the go and was never hungry. If you are worried about being hungry... don't be. It's a breeze. Eat the suggested between meal snacks and you'll be just fine. Go for it!
