Designs for Health Plant Protein Cleanse Drink, 28 Packs

Easy to follow. Felt great after a few days.

I did not get get sick or experience any discomfort using this cleanse. After only a few days I started waking up early without an alarm, feeling completely rested. I've never had a problem sleeping, but waking up has always been a struggle. I might have been 9 or 10 the last time I felt truly rested and ready to get out of bed in the morning. Now a warning.. two weeks before I started the cleanse, I gave up caffeine cold turkey. DO NOT DO THIS. I completely underestimated how difficult giving up caffeine would be. The first 4-5 days after giving up caffeine I felt AWFUL. Intense headaches in which pain meds did not help the first two days, sore throat, what I can only describe as "colon aches," and out of control emotions. I should have stayed home from work the worst days (2 & 3). Do yourself a kindness and wean yourself off caffeine over a 30 day period before you start any cleanse.

Only been on it a few days but I feel better (overall digestion) and surprised at the amount of energy I have! I was really scared the taste would be bad and I would not be able to complete it, but I actually don’t mind the taste. I put the powder and water with a splash of unsweetened almond milk and ice in my speed blender and it tastes a little like watered down strawberry milk to me, a little chalky after taste but nothing too bad. So far so good

I was a little hesitant to do a 14 day cleanse as I eat socially with my friends and family a lot. I was a bit concerned about being tempted to join in, and break the cleanse. Much to my surprise, these shakes are great. I loved the flavor and they kept me feeling full, but lite on my feet. I did loose a few pounds on the cleanse as well. I came away wishing that I had bought the 21 day cleanse. I will definitely do another one. It actually made my life easier... took the packets on the go and was never hungry. If you are worried about being hungry... don't be. It's a breeze. Eat the suggested between meal snacks and you'll be just fine. Go for it!

I received this yesterday and was all excited to start my cleanse this morning. The shake tastes so bad that I was only able to stomach a few swallows (just enough to take the supplements) and then I had to dump the rest down the drain. They do not offer us the option to return this so I will still follow the regimen, just with my own protein shakes. I won't buy this again.

Today is the last day for my cleanse. I actually look forward to my shakes now twice a day. I didn't weigh myself because the scale is not my friend, but I feel less blubbery and my husband said I look nice :-) When I started this at the suggestion of my DIL who was eight days into it, it was to wean off high fats. We already have a paleo diet here, but had switched to Keto for weight loss. The cleanse is a great method for getting back on track. I'd like to stay on a similar plan with two shakes for meal replacements after today. It's so easy!

Can't really say if it does anything useful. Changed too many things at the same time. Package comes with dietary instructions to get most out of product. I was already on a low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet. Based on instructions, I also eliminated coffee and dairy. I also became a bit more fanatic about avoiding sugar and grains, eating nothing that I wasn't sure what was in it. At same time, I started taking Betaine HCL / Pepsin and Digestive Support enzymes at each meal because people with Hoshimoto's have terrible digestion. Anyway, after a few days, lost 4 pounds for no discernible reason, then a few days later, 3 pounds. Was it the powder or something else? Who knows. The powder tastes like Bazooka Bubble Gum. Hard to choke down but towards the end got used to it. No side affects. Each packet is 100 calories plus change, so you need to eat it with something or you will starve. I just ate my usual meals. I tried the alkalizing broth they recommend, but it was gross, so I just used Lemon water. I don't feel any better or worse than before starting this, but I did lose 7 pounds

It was recommended by my acupuncturist that is also a medical doctor. I have an autoimmune disease in my central nervous system and often feel weak, dizzy or confused. I tried it for the first time to lose weight after gaining a bunch from steroids. I didn't lose weight but my symptoms went away (80%) for about 5 months even though i returned to terrible eating habits. Recently i tried it again and my symptoms mostly stayed but i lost 15 pounds! The second time i didn't eat any food and my smoothies were made with berries,almond/coconut milk, almond butter and sometimes chia seeds + i drank 80 ounces of water a day(half my body weight in ounces). The after taste only lasts for the first few days. I made the smoothies the same the first time too but i had 2 vegan/paleo meals a day.
