Always great customer service! 1st time I bought from them fedex threw the package over the gate and damage mt barbell. Showed them the video and immediately replace mt item. This time I was missing a gasket. Unsure from shipping or packaging, but they were quick to fix the problem. I donr mind paying a little more for their equipment when I know it works, extremely high quality, and great service

Shipped in a timely manner, arrived undamaged, very high quality product. I was concerned the chrome plating would chip but it hasn't and feels sturdier than I initially thought it would. The grips on the handles are very rough, a bit tough on the hands, but it's better than having them slip through your fingers like some rubber grips do. The rubber stoppers on the end bolts hold the plates securely. I'm very pleased with this product.

The weight is fine and all but you cant put them on your thighs with heavy weight for chest workouts. Its just digs in my muscles .

Not very efficient to hold you pump if your doing drop sets , very annoying and time consuming

Great adjustable dumbbells, only had them one day, but they are everything I hoped for.

Husband is loving these weights! Only giving this 4 stars because the box was extremely heavy when it arrived (it was delivered in three boxes). Remind you it was a gift for my husband. It was SO heavy I literally had to put the boxes on a towel and slide them into the house without the hubs seeing. I wish it would have arrived in more packages weighing less.

Grandson is thrilled Slight glitch with shipping but easily resolved. Great product.
