Works As Anticipated
I purchased two of these cables. One for hard wiring a printer with sketchy WiFi (thanks Epson). For the record, that printer would see the network, request credentials, accept them, then tell me it could not connect. Even though it showed full signal strength, and had been connected previously. Anyhow, I decided to use an Ethernet connection, and have had no issues since then. Could be the router, could be the printer, but as other devices had zero issues connecting, I’d put money on the printer.Okay, so the I went with this Ethernet cable, mostly based on the positive reviews I read. There were a number of negative reviews, where people had issues, which concerned me a bit, but I also figured if there were issues, I could easily return the product. Well, for me, there is no need to return the cable. It works with my devices and an older router. I think the router is at best Cat 5/5e. But as the information says, it is backward compatible, and that is the case. No issues with the connector being a bit too big either. My bet there is the complaints about it not fitting are more likely due to the device not following standards, rather than the cable. Either way it works with my equipment on both ends, and solves the issue I was trying to solve.

The cable seems very well made, I’ve been using it for over a month now, and I have had zero issues with speed or consistency.

Low dimension(Thin) & Flexibility
I recently purchased the Cat 8 Ethernet Cable 20 Ft, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This cable is truly high-speed and has improved my internet connection significantly. The flat design of the cable makes it easy to install and run along walls and under carpets without creating any noticeable bumps or lumps. Plus, the 20ft length is perfect for reaching all areas of my home without the need for additional extenders. I appreciate that this cable is faster than both Cat7 and Cat6, providing me with lightning-fast internet speeds for streaming, gaming, and working from home. Additionally, the cable is durable and well-made, so I know it will last for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend the Cat 8 Ethernet to anyone looking for a reliable and high-speed internet connection. The quality and performance of this cable are truly exceptional, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Bandwidth speed bump for devices and extenders. Excellent for the price.
Updates 11/19/20Both cables cat 8 50ft and 3ft cat 8 working weird but it turned out to be my ax 1500 overload. I didn't even download anything big the last few weeks except development tools mx linux update, ide, python libraries, java ide, etc. After reboot it is alright again. Lesson I learned is, i need a better router that could pump out more bandwidth. On my other distro on centos 8, i removed the ip link thinking that something messing it up but losing the ethernet connection. Now i have to reconfigure it again.UPDATES: I actually bought a 50 ft and a 3 ft. Will buy more!Thank you for the nice item. I recently upgraded my Internet service to 400 Mbps 2 days ago. Before that my service was 100 Mbps. It is hard to simulate the pre-400 Mbps service. I didn't keep record (screen captures) and if I did they are somewhere. I like the flat cable because it is easier to setup. I can tape it to the wall and it can go below the door without the worry of ripping it up. Simply amazing. I am hoping it will last and for the price, it really worth it. What I need is to get a 2.5 Gbps LAN card. Look below for the Pro for these cables.100 Mbps serviceWi-FiWith just Wi-Fi, I am mostly between 60 Mbps to 100 Mbps depending on distance. At 5ghz is is faster obviously but with 2.4 ghz sometimes it fell below 60 Mbps or around 20 to 30 Mbps. However, with 2.4 ghz, I am getting a greater distance thus I it is suitable for my IOT devices. I also have AC1200 extender I am using at my garage.EthernetI was connected to AC1900 extender using cat7 with AC1900 connected to AX1500 through wi-fi.I was consistently getting between 80 Mbps and 110 Mbps.400 Mbps serviceDownload and Upload speed varies every time you are testing them due to various reasons.Wi-Fiac1900 extender, 5ghz, wi-fi alone - 106.6 Mbps, 19.5 Mbpsax1500, 5ghz, wi-fi alone - 178.1 Mbps, 19.0 Mbps The day before I was getting above 200 Mbps consistently but today it is 170 Mbps to 180 Mbps. I simply paid for the upgrade service online and waited for the router to reboot itself. The process was around 4 to 5 minutes or so.Cat 8 - Smolinkac1900 extender, 5ghz, cat 7 - 413.9 Mbps, 23.6 Mbpsax1500, 5ghz, cat 8 - 489.4 Mbps, 23.6 MbpsI am planning to get a 2.5 Gbps LAN adapter and at least an AX6000 router (with DDOS protection, WPA3 and other good stuffs) and above. Someday in the future I will upgrade to 940 Mbps service. They said they don't have a contract so you can turn it on and off. With 2.5 Gbps and security features, I could run my web server and other servers with less worry. Now, I need to upgrade my own firewall device using RPI4.Update: 12/1/2021These cables are still running great. I haven't upgrade my router yet because of the strong signals. However, I might have to upgrade them now since I am planning to add 11 new security cameras and 14 security devices around my house and compounds. I bought them during Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals from Amazon, Woot and Sam's Club. My current router even with the extenders might not able to maintain consistent bandwidth with so many devices.
