Amazing! This product is a miracle worker for constipation. I've tried many different remedies over the years; most have had no effect. I love that it is so easy to take, and it cleans you out with little to no cramping or side effects. Sometimes it will take me a day to kick in, and other times it works within 6-8 hours. I usually take 2 capsules and wait a few hours. If nothing happens, I take another two; by the third dose, I'm usually ready to go. If you drink more water, it tends to work faster. I also like that you don't need to take it constantly. I seem to remain regular for a week or two before needing another round of capsules. I've purchased twice from this company, and both bottles had the same quality and results. This would also be an excellent product to use during a cleanse or fast. I can finally get rid of metamucil, miralax, and stool softeners. Easy to take, predictable results. Once you get your dosage right ( started with 2 and now 1 capsule). Take at bedtime and predictable results in am. I have tried everything for a years and this is amazing.

My niece introduced me to this product, a few moths ago. She said it really helped her with an issue she was having. She gave me an extra bottle and I have to say it really works. I have constipation issues, caused from some medications that I have to take. I only take 2 a day, morning and night. I don't like the price and I don't know how long I can continue to purchase this item. Money doesn't come easily when your in your 70's.

Absolutely amazing product! I am on pain meds and have problems with regularity. The directions say that take 3 capsules. I took 1 and it worked within 2 hours.

So far, this is working beyond expectations. A word of caution for any new users, start with a minimal dosage and gradually increase until you reach the desired effect. Works VERY well.
