This is great chickpea flour. Buying it on Amazon saves you $1.50 per pound. It's easy to use, the bag is resealable and it keep fresh for a long time. I take mine to travel. I do recommend double bagging them in a ziplock for that. Absorbs water well, great taste. The receipt on the back for socca is not the greatest. add za'atar and sesame seeds, plus always add olive oil and use heated olive oil in your skillet or oven pan.

Tastes great and super convenient. Chickpea flour is lower glycemic and higher fiber than white flour. Makes great pancakes. I often use it in seitan to improve taste and make it a complete protein. This stuff is versatile.

I am pleased with this flour. I followed the recipe on the back of the package for the 3 main ingredient flat bread and made a pizza crust. It came out very well. Sturdy to hold pizza toppings. Good flavor.

Chickpea flour is an acquired taste.
I used this flour to make pasta (1/2 cup flour & 1 egg) in my attempt to eat healthier. The taste profile wasn’t what I preferred and the mouthfeel was a little dry. Mixing, rolling out and cutting caused some of the noodles to break. So, the next batch of pasta I used half chickpea flour and half Italian wheat flour with a little bit of dill seasoning. Definitely a fan of that batch. It was more pliable and easier to roll out. It had a nice chew, good flavoring and I used it to toss in my Thai noodle chicken salad. Delicious! I think the flavor just takes some getting used to, so my review is totally subjective.
