Everything but the D-pad is great
It's a good replacement for the A,B,Y,X portion. However the D-pad replacement didn't work for my OEM GameCube Controller. I only needed to replace the ABYX one so it was fine.

Good snappy action without plastic feel
The pads in my controller are in good shape, but I got that controller at launch, and the action was wearing a little thin.These pads feel great to me. The actuation pressure is a little higher than stock, but I like that, and they'll probably break in.
