Haven't been able to play long or hit the ball with force. I used to do lots of weight training n my younger years which has impacted my jointsPlaying Tennis with my kids has been a struggle. This wrist support instantly provided support and allowed me to play Tennis how I used to play when younger. The strap goes over your thumb and wraps round your wrist. You adjust as tightly as needed, attached with a really goid velcro system.I was initially concerned the support may be too bulky to hold my racket, but it didnt cause any grip issues. I may now even try some dumbbell curls!2 straps in the pack for each wrist. Great value for the improvement in my ability to enjoy some sport again.

this really helps me, I get many issues with my wrist. I get pains sometimes after writing for long periods of time and strain from when I vacuum. This really helps during the day for that extra support. I dont recommend wearing it at night as it good to have a break from it and helps build muscle when removed.The support helps relieve the pain.it fits my hands perfectly which are below average in size. I haven't had any issue of it coming undone whatsoever so definitely a 5 star item

These wrist bands were for my Grandson. He was not doing wheelies on his bike because his wrists hurt. But, as soon as he tried these out, he was back on his bike and doing stunts. He said they really helped support his wrists. Result.

It fits me .... kinda well .....but I can see that it might drop a little low for some peopleand I know its adjustable .. but even so.. it can kinda slip lower than I wanted unless I have it really tight... maybe they all do this ??That said ... its so hard for these manufacturers to get a one size fits all...and I don't want to come across as slating this very good attempt to solve a problem.... fair play to them so IF YOU CAN GET A GOOD FIT it s a 5 starsbut who can say ??ITS A NICE WELL MADE PRODUCT that washes up well

I have weird pains in my wrist towards my hand every now and then and it’s been bad recently and came across this, there were more expensive ones but gave this a try and it’s comfortable. I don’t want to have anything stand out on my hands I use them daily haha so it’s perfect small size and I’ve completely forgotten I was wearing it for the last few hours because it’s so light and comfy! Hope the pain sizzles away over next few days to find out if it works completely tho but very comfy so far and light. Super fast delivery too very happy so far thank you

Ok wrist support strap. Good quality and well made, however it is a bit shorter than I'd hoped for and has to be tightened up quite tightly for really good support.Drawback is for me it makes my thumb get pins and needles.Update:I have used this support for just over 2 weeks and I have had to stop using first strap as the velcro fitting is no good. Now onto second strap all seems ok at minute.Support wise its ok but not what I'd hoped for, using some anti inflammatory cream seems to do the trick just as well.Still wearing it for now as it does offer some support.

I have issues with my wrist occasionally so I thought I would buy this based on the reviews. It started off well but noticed that it becomes looser over time of wearing it and found it did not support my wrist and hand as effectively which I found disappointing. It’s ok for short term use. If wanting something with more support for longer periods then this product may let you down. To be objective my wrist is on the small side so may fair better if someone has a larger wrist, material excellent and it is comfortable to wear.

It's a good product and well made, but does loosen up slightly and readjustment is needed during use.I found it helped and supported my wrist whilst suffering a trapped nerve but after a while it needed to be tightened up.I do have slim hands/wrists so that is possibly a contributing factor, that said it did the job and held my hand in position and wrist supported and aided healing and pain reduction.
