Purchased two separate phones from the same company in February...both are broken already...The screens start flashing then they go black and seem as tho they are charging but won't turn on to view ....I get they were only around $100 but 5 or less months is ridiculous.I have purchased referb phones before and had no issues .... The one was before warranty was up and the other while on vacation 🤮

Really pleased with this phone. I needed an unlocked phone to transfer a SIM. Amazon delivered with. Nice choice of unlocked phones. Its not the current phone model but it's a great phone and fits my needs.

Samsung Galaxies are the only phones I buy, no issues and no regrets. Except for this one. It doesn't have any sound, so there's no ringer and no notification alerts. It's slow, so slow it times out before connecting most of the time. And the battery life is about 5-6 hours max. I hate it and I wouldn't have another A51 if it was free. I still stand by Samsung Galaxies, any one but this one.
