New Favs!!!
PROS: Comfortable, Solid and Nice Look!CONS: Pricey, Laces a bit shorter than I wish, Loosen laces quite a bit to get inI don't like the current style of what's out there (and I tried a LOT) - the few I found I could get past the looks were just not that comfortable. These not only look nice but they fit well and super comfortable! Great arch support and I feel pretty awesome during cardio workouts. There is a card that comes with tips on breaking them in which is helpful. The tongues are a bit odd (like the edges seem slightly "unfinished". There is a seam that keeps it together but you can see the foam between the two layers of fabric) but don't get in the way of comfort. The laces are black and sturdy but on the short side (just enough to tie neatly with no floppy) so I wish laces were a bit longer and it would be nice to pick color of laces (I'm going to replace mine with white laces).

Great for Planters fasciitis pain
I ordered a size 6.5. I can usually fit into a 6 or 6.5 but I figured if I’m going to wear thicker socks size up. It was still too small. So I ordered a size 7 and was able to return the 6.5 with no problems. Unfortunately there wasn’t much of a size difference between the two but I kept the 7. They are a little high in height. When I get home from being on my feet now from work after wearing these shoes I can actually walk without them on. I used to come home from work and be in so much pain I could barely walk barefoot. These shoes definitely help and they come with an extra insert that I put in my more stylish shoes. It is definitely worth the money.

Disappointed with width
Let me first say that I normally like the shoes I get from this brand. I have limited choices when it comes to shoes because of needing extra wide widths. These were not. I ordered these in e2 8.5 but they were extremely painful. I tried to wided them but the tip of the shoe is so narrow and uncomfortable. So even after months of trying, they are unusable, thus the 1 star. Very disappointed especially given their price. You are better off going with their Ion slip resistant shoes for comfort with foot pain.

Hoka comparison?
I am a HOKA Bondi DIE HARD. I have not owned any other sneaker style, other than the Hoka Bondi, since 2018-ish. Seriously, I usually have two or three pairs ready to wear. I owned a very busy retail boutique on main street open 7days, and Hoka Bondi were the only sneaker that allowed me to pound the ground from open to close without leg fatigue and heel pain at the end of the day. With so many new competitors to Bondi’s rocker and roll bar construction, I thought I would give this brand a try. First, no comparison to Bondi, they have a pointed shape and the paddle rubber sole on the ground is not nearly as stable and wide, plus no rocker that rolls you out of your stride, BUT… they don’t hurt my heels or flare-up my plantar fasciitis. I replaced the inserts with a memory foam insert option I found on Amazon. The inserts that come with these did not provide enough cushion for me. Without them, these sneakers felt HARD compared to Hoka Bondis. Maybe I’m spoiled from years of Bondi cushioning. Still, since these are comfortable and I can wear them for hours, they’re still a winner and I’m super happy to have another sneaker just to change it up.

Somewhat good
It had a great wide-toe box. However, it is not padded at all which makes my feet hurt because there is also no support for the arches. But that's what you expect from a $60 shoe. I walk tons of miles with my doggo so I thought it was padded when I purchased them. It is also not true to size. Had to upgrade to the next size. So if you are looking for a padded shoe do not purchase it.

Very comfortable
I have plantar fasciitis and have found that every pair of sneakers I have from G-defy have helped me tremendously with this issue. The only thing I can say about these is that the tongue is not as cushy as my other sneakers, but they are still comfortable. They also look very stylish, which I appreciate. It’s good to know that comfort can also be pleasing to the eye.

shoes
they were very narrow on my feet. I wish I had ordered wide 10. other than that. I love the shoe. I wore them couple days hoping too stretch out; was gonna send them back for a wider shoe; but I had been outside with the shoes.

It helps heel pain
I am a PT and I enjoy walking / running and I am very active . I have a large bunion on my right great toe from arthritis ( no valgus), pronation is mild in mid foot , a high instep and across the metatarsals is wide, and some heel bone growth from bad shoes in childhood .. After three tries I thought I got the right size .. a 7 extra wide :. ) I tried 7.5 wide and 7wide and they were too long and the too narrow respectively . I normally wear a 7 . The shoe sets out to say it helps heel pain and I would say it does help my heel pain however the back part of the shoe rubs on another bone growth at my heel and caused a blister .. I took out the thicker orthotic and put in the Regular insert and that lowered My heel enough not to rub .as badly .. also a thicker pair of socks, and a thinner par of socks was tried but it did not seem to help stop pistoning in the shoe . The back part of the sneaker juts forward and rubs in a terrible spot. I have tried everything to stop getting a blister and nothing works. I have worn theses sneakers for 2 months and sad to say I wish I could get my money back because I just can't wear them. The tongue of the shoe is really flat and not padded .. I am ok with it but it’s a little stiff and can get tucked and or wrinkled on the top of foot and I do find myself adjusting it .. The fabric around the shoe is not very stretchy so again for people with bunions it should be more soft and stretchy. Even with an extra wide it doesn't feel wide or forgiving enough even after 2 months of wear . I do not recommend theses sneakers at all if you have wide feet or any issue with bone growth at the heel/achilles attachment due to the design of the heel of this shoe. Back to my Brooks.
