I've been really impressed with this product. It works great and provides strong, effective relief without being overly loud, which is a big plus compared to other massage guns I've tried. It's also very convenient that it charges quickly, so it's always to use. This product is used to help control restless legs, and we couldn't be happier with it. I've had this product for around 18 months when it just stopped charging and wouldn't turn on. I reached out to the seller and received a very quick response. They requested a bit more information and then replaced the product, new unit, case and attachments. I had a replacement product in less than a week. I would highly recommend this product and company!

I purchased the Bob and Brad C2 Plus back in November 2024, and it quickly became my go-to for muscle recovery and pain relief. The heat attachment is a game-changer, and the percussion is powerful enough to really get into deep tissue. After over a year of heavy use, the unit stopped working in early 2026. I reached out to the company, and I couldn't be more impressed with their response. They honored the warranty immediately and made the entire process incredibly easy. They sent out a brand-new replacement right away! It is rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. The gun itself is amazing—quiet, portable, and effective—but the peace of mind knowing they take care of their customers is why I’ll continue to recommend Bob and Brad. Highly recommended!

Great massage gun. Effectively gets the knots. The company sent a new replacement product after the first one had a noise issue after about 6 months. The massage gun was still usable, but made a loud rattling sound. The new one works fine so far! Glad the company stands by their product and can be reached for any issues. Update on 4/19/2026: The old massage gun completely fell apart today, so the loudness of the rattling did indicate a structural issue. Luckily, the new replacement massage gun works well.

FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

I love my Bob & Brad. Go to bed with them often after a long day working the gardens. I made my first purchase March 2024. Item was used often but only for the 10-15 at a time on the needed spots. But due to a health issue, the item sat around for 4 months. Once I was cleared, I went to use it again, but it would not charge, even after 10 hours. Different cords and blocks were used but still no charge. I called customer service, although I had it over the year warranty period, they told me 'The warranty period has been extended to two years.' (Seems to be a known issue) A few bits of information were exchanged, and I had my new C-2 in less than two weeks. In the meantime, I purchased a lesser price massage gun thinking that there couldn't be a major difference... BOY was I wrong! It was like a tin can with batteries. Light weight, noisy and not strong. It's being sent back. Yes, the battery life is short, maybe an hour. And yes, it is asked that you don't run the battery down which will be an issue if the product isn't used for a few weeks or months. Even with all the issues with the battery life, the massage gun is worth the money. There are many different attachments that can be used for different parts of the body, and it is easy to hold and move around the body. The variable vibration speeds will insure a deep or not so deep therapeutic session.

I only gave the C2 Massage Gun 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 10 stars. Yep, it’s that good. I bought a MUCH more expensive massage gun and while it worked well, their product lasted just over a year. I then started to look for a better product with a better warranty. I did plenty of research and found The Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun and ordered it. One of the best decisions because this thing is fantastic. Much more powerful than the $300 massage gun that broke after a year. Fast forward 5 months and I had a problem getting the C2 to actually power on so I emailed customer service with the issue and in about couple of days and doing what they asked, the problem was resolved. THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW C2!!! Two things here, 1. The new C2 is working flawlessly and 2. The customer service team was absolutely amazing and very, very attentive to my issue. Mind you the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun was less than 3 times less expensive that the one that broke after a year. AND the C2 is used just as much or more than the more expensive one. This C2 Massage Gun is the perfect massage gun for everyday aches and pains and has done wonders for the pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. I want to add that I did purchase the extremely affordable extended warranty and even after Bob & Brad replaced the the product the customer service team added the 5 months of warranty on to the new product!! You won’t find a better massage gun for your needs, a better warranty or a better customer service team! Thank you Bob & Brad for your amazing product and the amazing customer service team.

Got this to replace an old percussion plug in. It works great, and is so much easier to use. Nice attachments. Highly recommend.

Works really well. I charged it as soon as I received it and used it immediately. I have a place in my traps that knots up and really bothers me. I attacked that spot and it rapidly loosened up with the gun on One, using the simple ball head. The intensity seemed just right and the unit was very quiet. If you're thinking about a gift for yourself or someone else, it is so worth in! Mine is my Father's day gift to myself (a bit early, but I deserve it!) :-) I didn't need to use the heat/cold head, but it is charged and ready. I had a simpler, single head gun in the past (from a different company) and was a bit concerned about the multiple heads, but the deep-seated screw-on setup seems solid. Very happy with it so far and I'll return to edit my review after I use a different head. One more thing - the carrying case is a great bonus. Everything is in one place and I can just pack it with me when we travel.

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive - I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I'm overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

Buena relación calidad precio Positivo: Viene en un estuche compacto, aspecto premium, peso 650 gramos solo la pistola. Cabezales de calidad, con rosca. Se puede utilizar la función calor +infrrojo a la vez. Ergonómica. Negativo: La función calor es de metal(no lo especifica en ningún lado, la foto es engañosa) aun asi cumple, calienta en unos 2 minutos. Es mentira que no se puede utilizar durante la carga, la pistola se enciende cargandose. La percusión es algo fuerte incluso en el nivel 1, si lo quieres para masaje-relajación, no es tu pistola.
