This 40v Makita Charger is a Must Get.You can also buy a step down from 40v to 18v that simply slips onto the top then ad the 18v battery onto that.well worth the investment.

Not much to say, but it does what it's supposed to.Note that the fans are a bit noticeable, but good cooling is required for fast chargingWith a Makita ADP10 adapter, you can also charge Makita 18V batteries
