Good product, I take 1/day instead of the 2 recommended. It helps me sleep better and relaxed. I moved from another brand to this.

Positive thing is that Trexgenics clearly shows the contents separately. It has 110 mg Magnesium and 785 mg glycine., while other brands do not do it. However Trexgenics has been increasing the price frequently and for a 110 mg Magnesium, it's costlier

Not sure if its working. How to test magnesium content?

Disappointing! Have been taking magnesium glycinate for years now and thought to try out trexgenics brand. Within a few days could make out the difference. It’s not working at all. I guess must be full of fillers. Will go back to using tata1mg and healthy hey. They are much better.
