Capezio Women's Cotton Classic Long Sleeve Leotard

I started taking an adult ballet class and quickly realized that I would need something supportive on top, so I bought this leotard to try out as I’ve heard a lot of good things about Capezio. I wear a bra size 36C and my typical US shirt size is a Medium (my measurements are 38 inches for my Bust, 32 inches for my Waist, 41 inches for my Hips), however I believe Capezio is a British brand, so their clothes run about a size smaller than US sizes, so I got a size Large, and it fit me perfectly. I am 5 feet tall with a regular length torso and short legs, and it wasn’t digging in at all for me. The sleeves are a little too long for me but that’s very normal for me as a short person. Anyone taller will appreciate the sleeve length. This leotard is honestly my new favorite piece of exercise clothing. It has a built in shelf bra thing that’s actually really supportive - I only wore pasties underneath and I could do jumps while still having a medium to high amount of support which was perfect! The fabric is also super nice. It’s thick, opaque, and while it is thick it’s not uncomfortable or anything - it’s moisture-wicking so you’re not going to feel completely drenched no matter how much you sweat - in fact I felt fully dry even though I was absolutely fully sweating in class. The fabric also feels really comfortable and it hugs really well to my body, but it’s a comfortable hug, not constricting or restrictive at all. It’s also got a bit of a batwing effect underneath the armpits (that’s not really the best descriptor but I don’t know how else to describe it with my limited knowledge of clothing terminology) but essentially I’m not going to have pools of sweat collect in my armpits or anything because the fabric stays away from my armpits. I also think that the neckline in the front and the back is very flattering. I also didn’t have to worry about it slipping or moving around while I danced. I was fully covered in the bottom the whole time (no issues there) and my sleeves stayed up and didn’t move at all either. All in all, this is *definitely* a brand I’ll be buying from again and again.

I am 5'8 and 135lbs, another reviewer had a similar shape and suggested ordering up a size. To help with the tight in it's length. I followed this advice. I couldn't get mine over my shoulders ,slithering and wiggling . The quality is very good and I will order next size up maybe two sizes. It may have been a teens ,I'm a sturdy,muscular woman. Love the lining inside the entire front.

I ordered this product in black because I wear black all the time and I needed it for my job. I have a very hard time finding shirts that are actually tight enough around my stomach and I stumbled across this and looked at the reviews and decided to buy it. I am 5’6 and 95 pounds and I saw that it ran small so I knew it would fit. I got the extra small and it fit perfect around the waist but the sleeves were too big and too short. What made me the most mad was the fact that I ordered black and they gave me the white one. I have no use for a white long sleeve and I wasted my money and my time on the shirt . I am very disappointed and found a different brand and will be purchasing from them.
