The installation was incredibly easy — the technician arrived on time, was very professional, and had the unit up and running in no time. Within a couple of hours, we were already enjoying clean and fresh-tasting water.The design is compact and modern, fitting perfectly in my kitchen without taking up too much space. Based on the installation and initial water taste experience, I can divide it into 2 parts with one linked to the manufacturer, i.e. pureit and the other related to Amazon.Pureit deserves 5 stars for this product as the installation was quick from their end and the water tastes good with reduced wastage.When it comes to Amazon, the experience was worse as they didn't even started the process for installation, i.e. sending details to pureit for installation even after two days.Luckily, I approached the company directly using the WhatsApp link. Otherwise, I have to wait 2-3 more days for the installation as even after 60+ hours, Amazon team hasn't shared the email confirming that they told the company to send the technician.

The RO is very good and installationis also quick.

The water purifier was delivered on time, and the technician arrived within 24 hours. He was experienced, polite, and did a clean installation. I had to pay extra for some accessories.The purifier itself is working great so far, and the water tastes clean and fresh.Overall, satisfied with the product and service.

Installation was quick, no hassle, product explanation was given properly, very good work, this is 2nd device i have bought, good product and service.
