Absolutely GREAT buy!
This is the one of the best tools for keeping in shape, and staying sharp and focused. Couldn't ask for more considering the price and the quality of the material. Highly recommend for all ages. My son is 7 year's old and loves playing with it. Watch a couple videos on you gube to see the different workouts it provides.

Great practice for hand eye coordination
I bought this because I’m in karate and practicing my concentration and aim can be difficult at times. This helps me to time my punches appropriately as well work on my concentration. It can be more fun than practicing on a punching bag. Overall lots of fun for the whole family.

Boxer gone bad in my house!
Appearance of ad made this look so simple. It is not. The balls are very small. I’m sure with a lot of practice it would be a great, fun exercise tool.

Great item, hard to get going, but with some practice it doesn't take long to have fun with it.

Cheap materials
Just received, just tried 3 different levels, all 3 Velcros ripped when I tried to take it off the head piece. Why would you make it Velcro knowing the elastic cord will be constantly tugging on the Velcro ?! If it didn’t rip, the elastic would’ve cut through it sooner than later. The one for kids has metal clips.
