February 2022 update: this meditation cushion is still in excellent condition. I’ve had it nearly 2 years. It’s greatly improved my journey to meditate. I was a beginner & I feel due to this cushion it truly helped my posture to meditate comfortably & feel balanced. I suffer from lower back pain & this cushion has gotten me in a position, when it’s meditation time, to adjust my posture properly & to mediate pain-free. You’d think after all this time the cushion would be squished but it’s not. It shows the quality. I’ve taken good care of it. I love how the gray covering can be taken off to launder. I wash on the hand wash cycle on cold & hang to dry. It’s still in wonderful condition. This is truly one of the greatest gifts to myself. True longevity. I love it. I feel you will too :)Original review: I began meditation about 2 months ago. Finding a comfortable position anywhere wasn’t ideal. In realizing there are meditation cushions :) I began to browse amazon. I found this cushion & loved the design & description of it. The reviews were wonderful & I went with it. What a major change it’s been for me since having it. The cushion is plush with a velvet like soft material. It’s durable & sturdy for my body. Very solid. I’m 160lbs, 5’6” & there’s plenty of room for more. It’s full & a bit heavy which reflects the quality of it. It’s so comfortable to sit on. It’s design is of a perfect balance for my body posture. It’s such a comfort for meditating & I find myself going to it for a break in the day. It’s become my favorite new piece of “furniture.” The color gray is much darker than the picture shows but I love it along with the comforting white design on top. There’s a sturdy handle for carrying it as well. It’s been a life changer when I meditate. It was well worth what I paid. Due to the quality I foresee the cushion lasting a long time. I definitely recommend!

Besides being a beautiful cushion it is comfortable and adaptable. I'm using a stool for my zazen on Zoom. I adjusted the cushion by removing some buckwheat and placing the foam on the bottom. This keeps it firmly on the stool and allows me to maintain a good solid posture with my feet planted on the ground. I can't praise this cushion enough. Congratulations on great craftsmanship!!!

Nice comfortable and it truly helps you sit straight and align your spine when in meditation my gosh so comfortable yet sturdy and the price was very affordable the bundle is much better in my opinion so if you can purchase the bundle DO IT and please don’t be like me and just purchase the pillow because you cannot purchase separately unless going on their site and TRUST the bundle is a DEAL the mat alone is almost the price of the bundle so don’t cheat yourself like I did now I have to return the pillow… Just the pillow is nice don’t get me wrong but it’s quite small without the mat just my opinion yet everyone has their preference so do what pleases you….. I got the combo that came with the round top pillow and the square bottom pillow.I like the top round pillow. It sits well and is comfortable. It’s soft, sturdy and quite heavy for a pillow. The square cushion that goes on the bottom is also soft and heavy. It however is very thin. I thought it would be more full and give more cushion than it actually does. I would recommend the top round one for sure. The square one isn’t bad when paired with the round one.

I have issues with sciatica in my right hip. I love to do yoga but even a blanket or a foam cushion did not always allow for a comfortable seated position on the floor. This cushion is perfect. I love the color and I can keep it out as decor in my room as well as use it for yoga. I can sit indefinitely now. I’m absolutely thrilled with this product.

Very comfortable. The side with the mandala is the hard side and the other side is soft for you to sit on. Height of the cushion is good to allow you to sit cross legged for long durations. The fabric is soft and nice to touch.
