Works for me
I read in reviews that they are easy to damage. So I am always careful to put them on the shoe correctly and to never walk on them. So far I have used them for about 15 rides and they have held up, and most importantly, my toes are a little warmer.

Must have in the fall
These are a must have for riding in cooler weather. I Wear them over my size 46 Bidi's and they work great. My pedals are Looks and I don't have any issue getting in and out of the pedal. Rode in 50 degree cool windy weather and my toes in wool socks and had zero issues. Love how I can take them off quickly and just store in a back pocket if I need them. I have used different brands and most last a season before they get worn out down by the cleat. I think these will last 2 seasons if not more easily.

Kind of delicate
I like how the Toe cover keeps the wind and cold air from coming through the shoe. However this material is very delicate at the least and doesn't take a whole lot to wear a hole in it like this.My shoes have these aggressive cleats at the toe box which caused the places to wear on the toe covers. Guess I need to pad those areas for now on when using these Toe covers to prevent futher wear.Just be mind when buying these that if your shoes have these aggressive cleats up front that they will wear holes in the toe covers.I only gave 2 stars due to the material being so delicate. Other than that they done there job perfectly which was to keep your toes warm on cold days between 40 and 50 degree Temps.

Limited usefulness, overpriced for what they are
Fit: They are individually labeled "L" & "R" so you get them on the correct shoe. I purchased the 9-13 toe covers for my Pearl Izumi X-Alp 42.5 (9.5us) shoes. The fit was well, slightly snug. The bottom part was able to clear the SPD cleat with a fair amount of clearance and it expands some.Protection: I was expecting a bit more of these. I suppose they stop the wind...slightly. My first ride on these was between 31-36F on a cold morning with little wind. I think this was their largest flaw. Rather than helping they were more of a problem. Yes they seemed to deflect some wind shear. However, rather than assisting make the ride more comfortable they seemed to absorb the cold more. Even with thicker than normal socks the toe covers made my feet feel colder than they normally would have been without the toe covers.Summary: They may work for high wind or temps in 50s and above, but would not recommend for anything below 50F.

Performed as advertised
Just remember these are for cool, windy weather not cold or wet weather where you should use another bootie product to protect your feet.

Ripping after ~2 hours of use
I got these a couple months ago, in preparation for colder weather. Reason I chose these are they were low cost and was testing toe covers. Weather hasn’t been cold enough yet to use them on a regular basis, but I did try them out for 1 ride (little over 2 hours). I just noticed one of the covers is tearing at the tip of the toe. Unacceptable given the light use so far. They seem to do a good job blocking wind from getting to your toes (if you try to simulate wind by blowing through the fabric, you will notice that no air passes through, which is a good thing) , but I can’t recommend these toe covers because they don’t seem like they’ll last very long before having to buy another pair.
