Can these be boiled? Mine is losing its shape and so the ends are pinching me bad.

I boiled mine to sanitize them when I first got them. Seemed fine.

If i measured 15mm would these be correct or should i purchase a 17mm insert?

I believe it depends on which pump you are trying to get. Willow needs exact sizing, I’ve heard to go up in spectra. I bought 15 and 17 and use whichever one was more comfortable, which was the true to size, 15s. Hope that helped!
