The flapper on my Toto toilet was letting water seep out of the tank causing my toilet to run about every 10 minutes. This new flapper fixed the issue immediately. It is very easy to install.

The seal of my original flapper broke off. I couldn't find a replacement -I even tried to cut one out of a rubber sheet- but it didn't seal properly.I bought this flapper and it has worked perfectly for months.

Have an old TOTO one piece toilet, CST863. The hole on the flapper where the chain attached to was broken and I had to find a replacement. After tried Korky 2023 BP, 2022 BP and TOTO THU500S, all of them are leaking immediately after installation. Followed the instruction for dial number, chain length and level hole, still no luck. Reached out to TOTO customer service and the parts they provided are these failed ones I have already tried. Then they recommend to install the tower style assembly THU460.6D-A. I do not think I can handle the installation. Still want a flapper that seals properly. This one says to replace THU140S. I give it a try and it finally works!!! Will order more to stock up!

I replaced the flappers in my toilets with these and they work great! No more leaks. Installation was easy and the adjustable chain made getting the right tension for my toilet a breeze. The hardest part of the installation was getting the old flapper off. I couldn't do it because the rubber had become so hard I couldn't stretch it over the "ears" on the fill pipe. I overcame this by just cutting them off with diagonal cutting pliers. The new flapper had new, pliable rubber and was easy to install. This product will solve your toilet leaking problem, just make sure you're getting the right size for your toilet.

This toilet flapper worked much better than the Universal flapper I first installed for my Toto toilet which constantly leaked water. However, unlike the original flapper, which gave us excellent service for 16 years, this flapper requires a delicate touch to achieve a full flush. If you either give it too gentle a push, or hold the handle too long, there is insufficient water flow produced to achieve a complete flush of solids or toilet tissue. The result is that you need to make multiple flushes to get it right.

Found a plumbing replacement item with a one day delivery time and was able to make a simple repair myself without involving anyone else.

Exactly what I needed. Fits well in my Toto toilet. Very easy to replace the old one. The only issue is that the attached chain is extremely long (most people will need to adjust it).

I had a plumber here a year ago-replaced the flapper- and the toilet was always running water-he put another flapper in a few days later but even it would leak water out so a constant dripping of water !I am a 78 yr old woman -found the right part on Amazon and put it in myself and the toilet works perfectly!
