This mascara WORKS! It goes on nicely. It does not smudge or run. It's easy to remove. And it's a great price. I've tried various brands over the years, but now this is the only mascara I buy.

4 stars. I don’t have any problem with this mascara. It’s cheap, it’s black, it seems to be tubing. I really can’t complain considering the price, but I will say, the name is a bit misleading. It doesn’t totally eliminate smudging, but mainly I just get flaking. I often discover small mascara flakes under my eyes, especially when I put this on my bottom lashes. It doesn’t slide off nicely like I’ve seen other tubing mascara do. I’m not a seasoned mascara wearer, and the best mascara I’ve ever used was a free sample of a very expensive brand, the name of which escapes me. This mascara does seem to have a pretty thick goopy consistency, but it isn’t clumpy or lumpy. I feel like it’s actually pretty easy to work with. It’s easy to control the amount of product I put on my lashes, and it’s very buildable. It doesn’t add any obvious length to my lashes beyond any average mascara. I only apply it to the mids and ends of my lashes, and I don’t feel like it drags them down too badly at all. I always thoroughly curl my lashes before applying, and the curl lasts well. Overall, I like it.

This is NOT a tubing mascara, don't get mislead by the name, like I was. The mascara itself is actually not bad, I would even say pretty nice (that's why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of one). It goes on smooth, no clumping, great separation, decent length. If tubing effect wasn't important to me, I would be very happy with it and wouldn't be returning it. It gives nice wispy lash effect that I prefer, and you can layer it for a more dramatic/glam look. BUT! When you attempt to remove it, you discover that it's not a tubing mascara. Tubing mascara is supposed to slide off your lashes in little tubes and wash off clean. This one washes off like a traditional mascara, with smudges and black mess spreading around your eyes. So, back it goes.

I have oily skin and at the end of the day, I was having under eye smudges from mascara. It looked like I hadn’t slept for a month. I tried several brands, (waterproof of course) and they did NOT work. Eventually, I quit wearing mascara (not happy about that!) THEN, I found this mascara and I’m so happy I did! NO smudges under my eyes! My lashes look long and full, but more importantly… no dark circles under my eyes!

This has become my favorite mascara! It goes on easy and stays until I choose to remove it. The cost point is incredible.

I purchased this with high hopes. The skin surrounding my eyes tends to be on the oily side, which can spell disaster for many mascara formulas. Unfortunately, this product couldn't stand up to the combination of oily skin and my habit to rub my eyes (thanks to everything from allergies to general anxiety, headaches, or it being any given day of the week...). Ironically, I find that I have far *more* undereye residue, flaking, smudges, and the dreaded panda eye effect when using this product than when using my preferred mascara (I love the washable curling mascara from elf; it doesn't produce as dramatic an effect as some others, but is a reliable daily wear for me). Maybe this product would work better with a primer, but almost every primer I've used clumps like crazy, is hard to cover, takes forever to dry, or some combination of the three. It's possible that this mascara simply doesn't jive with my skin chemistry - I've tried the Princess mascara from this brand and, despite the rave reviews it has received from beauty editors to work colleagues alike, I always end up with a smeared mess and a flurry of expletives as I clean up for the hundredth time every time I wear it. Maybe your pH or oil level will work differently and you'll have a great experience (I hope you do! For the price, this would be an amazing find if it does for you what it doesnt for me!). As for me, I'll stick with my tried and true favorite and leave this product for the folks it works for.

Still my daily mascara and I bought it years ago. One thing I will say is it is NOT tubing. The listing lies. It is still a good mascara though.

Product arrived safely earlier than estimated, and honestly this mascara will save my lashes from the aggressive rubbing. Get y'all some tubing mascara asap!!!

I have no idea if this mascara flakes or runs, because when I apply it, it doesn’t look like I’m wearing mascara at all, so I am forced to use a different mascara over the top. I have very fair lashes, so it’s odd to me that a black mascara would barely show up on my lashes. Maybe the tube is actually empty? who knows?!

Love this mascara! It doesn’t smudge at all. Really holds its own against the more expensive brands!
